The smoothness of surface finish is one of the properties that determine the performance of a stent.
Annealing is the key technology that affects the material’s final crystal grain size.
Gachon et al.[2]examined the influence of laser cutting accuracy on the mechanical properties of stents.

This technique analyzes potential causes and consequences of fires, explosions, releases of toxic or flammable chemicals and major spills of hazardous chemicals, and focuses on fluid system, machining system, electrical & instrumentation system, utilities, human actions and external factors that might impact the process.
The flash point of the dielectric fluid is an important factor which can cause fire hazard.
Different base metals used may have different heat conductivity and electrical conductivity which can affect the process temperature which may result in variation in emission of aerosols.
The use of different electrodes may have different heat conductivity and electrical properties which can vary the process temperature resulting in variation in the emission of aerosols.
Conclusions This work is a fairly rigorous exercise on the possible process deviations in the electrical discharge machining process due to various factors.

The coefficients such as material properties and structure dimension of the slot are discussed.
As a consequence, the relations of two factors should be handled properly.
The impact properties simulation on grid stiffened structure is then performed using the finite element model.
The finite element method is also used in calculating the mechanical properties of grid stiffened structure under impact, the stress and displacement timehistoryplot under different conditions are then obtained.
The anti-impact properties of grid stiffened structure are fairly good.

After the SHT, the material will be transferred to the press rapidly and deformed quenching simultaneously, and then the mechanical properties of stamped parts are improved by baking.
The uniaxial yield values (σu=0, 45, 90) for each Lankford coefficients (rα=0, 45, 90) are defined by Table 1 [6], and the basic material properties of blank are also in it.
These variables greatly affect the formability and the forming quality.
In the LHD, the design space for each factor is uniformly divided as some levels.
Each level of a factor is studied only once.

CNTs, especially MWCNTs and SWCNTs, can be used to improve the tribological properties of coatings by including their lubricating properties into the formulations.
It includes increase in elastic and hardness modulus (by 60 to 70 percent), as well as wear-induced micro-structural alterations affecting contact of SWCNTs, might be attributed to the higher wear durability.
The composites with fluorinated graphene have good mechanical properties and bio - compatibility, making them a suitable artificial joint replacement.
Nanodiamonds' tribological properties make them ideal for reinforcing polymer in mechanical face seals.

The resulting values for wear factors in Archard’s equation indicate that changing contact and lubrication conditions during the pre- and the backstroke of oscillating processes have to be taken into account in wear modelling.
This is achieved by a decomposition of the wear index into material and lubrication related factors.
The parameter kad represents the wear factor and comprises all tribosystem specific wear properties.
Industrial and laboratory tests show that wear first affects area 2.
By this, the unidirectional wear factors are 9.57 respectively 45.05 times bigger than the wear factor of the oscillating experiments.

Because the particular properties of mechanical, physical and chemical, making integrated milling performance of TC4 to reduce and having a disadvantage effect on good surface integrity with parts [3].
Orthogonal test design The four factor for the dry milling of orthogonal test are axial depth of cut which is expressed as ap(mm), feed per tooth which is expressed as fz(mm/z), milling speed which is expressed as vc (m/min) and radial depth of cut which is expressed as ae(mm).
In order to increase the amount of information of test points, consider the interaction among various factors in the actual processing and reduce workload of the experiment, adopt the orthogonal table L9(34) with four factor and three level to conduct this test [5].
(3) The heat treatment crafts of milling performance toward TC4 titanium alloy are greatly affected.

In addition, electrolyte-related factors such as solution ratio, temperature, electrolyte age, heat transfer ability of the electrolyte, and time of the electropolishing process can also affect the results [6][7].
In Fig. 6 is the mechanical result of the polish where there are lines due to mechanical polishing.
Factors that influence the Electropolishing process are time, distance, type of solution, and the amount of material to be Electropolished.

At high carbohydrate content, the incompatibility of LDPE and carbohydrate affect the mechanical properties due to different polar character [6].
The decreasing of tensile strength and Eb was due to the increased fiber-to-fiber interactions which results in low mechanical properties of composites [9].
The uptake of water is affected by factor such as compatibility.
As the fiber and the blends do not expand at the same rate, microcracking will occur in the blends around fibers, which might causes the decrease in mechanical properties.
The presence of compatibilizer had influenced the properties of the tensile properties.
