Asphalt cold recycling can be a good solution, which can make the old pavement materials reused and save 40%-50% of the total investment [1,2,3] .
However, most cold recycling work reported is focusing on the recycling of the materials on the surface of the asphalt pavements, so called surface cold recycling.
In this report, the performance of the mixture was investigated when emulsified asphalt used for full thickness cold recycling materials with composition variation.
Experimental Law materials The recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) is from highway milling material in Wuhan, China, containing 4% used asphalt.
