The safety management of building engineering, Dabeihe living area and the lodge building engineering, mining area roadway overhaul project and staff canteen, bathroom renovation project etc. has been completed. 57 apartments were built for the backbones who worked at the frontline and college students, and 128 houses were provided for management personnel and professional and technical personnel.

Daanshan mine invested in water treatment station with processing capacity of 3000 m3/d on July 1, 2005, a total of 7.1147 million yuan was invested since the beginning of the project.
After purification treatment of mine water and ground water life green water and mine production, a reliable water supply for the spray was provided for wet drilling, mine roadway flushing and the ground life.
After the operation of water treatment station, 728 thousand tons of water consumption was saved per year [3].

The cyclic fatigue test was carried out with 106 cycles at a frequency of 4.0 Hz in a humid environment with water Distilled at 37 ° C, reproducing the chewing movements under buccal conditions using a load of 80 N.

The actual energy consumption of operation and achieved effect of different types of air conditioning system are different, therefore the division of the system should be based on the use of air-conditioned room characteristic, as well as the flexibility and economy of the system operation and control also should be considered , at last determined by technical economy comparison .This paper selects a large commercial building located in cold area for model, makes energy consumption simulation of different AC system by the professional software DeST, and compares the potential energy saving.

The environmental risk targets refer to the potential risk acceptors, as to the dangerous chemicals transportation accidents happened in the water sensitive regions; bodies of water are the environmental risk sources.
It is difficult to regulate the environmental fields and risk targets because of the restrictions on the professional ability.

From the definition from nature, the government supervision of construction quality should be a government function, belong to the government management of construction quality and professional law enforcement category, the institution of government supervision in construction quality should be an important part of government institutions and should have mandatory, authority, impartiality and scientific[4].
We can see that the government supervision of construction quality is the professional law enforcement, so at the first, the supervision institution must act in accordance to the law and administration according to law.
Separate management, the repeat setup of supervision and institution, the waste of management resources According to the state regulation of the ‘Project Quality Management Ordinance’, construction quality and professional construction quality should be managed separately and form respective system accordingly, construction, transportation, water conservancy and other departments have respective standards and set respective institutions [6].
