Here two training courses, “the machinery repairman of turbine speed governor training” and “the water and electricity maintenance of automatic device training”, have been developed.
Course Arrangement By now the developed two courses of “machinery maintenance of water turbine governor" and "maintenance of hydropower automatic device" that involve extensive content are highly professional [4].
For the practical sections, some teachers of Water Resources Technical College who have practical experience are specifically invited to carry out teaching, such as, the fifth chapter "hydraulic device", the second chapter "turbine governor maintenance system", the sixth chapter " regulating equipment operation maintenance and fault analysis", and the seventh chapter "the typical application examples of governor", in order to put more practical knowledge into the curriculum and reduce the course professional blind area to a minimum.
As there are 50 hours for the two courses records, if professional Adobe Premiere software is used for post-processing, it would be limited on the device hardware, and consume a lot of time.

Previously the professions of architecture and engineering were intertwined, and the architect-engineers of antiquity, the Renaissance and the Enlightenment still can serve as role models for how building industry professionals can take a unified approach to design even considering the complexities of modern building techniques.
Despite the mandates for carbon neutral architecture, many professionals persist in believing that the study of energy falls outside of the domain of architecture.
The rift between architects and engineers can be mended if all professionals involved in the building industry look back upon its early practitioners as models for the integrated design approach.

Aiming at related demands on ecological environmental protection and increasingly serious situation of harmful aquatic plants so far, through field observation, investigation, analysis and literature review; firstly, the features of harmful aquatic plants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area were analyzed, involving physiology and structure, distribution, propagation, water level cycle laternating, etc; then the various hazards of harmful aquatic plants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area were studied, including operation of hydroelectric power hub and flood control, safe navigation of ships, water pollution, breaking the ecological balance and so on; finally, it is pointed out that it is necessary and urgent to develop professional collecting facilities and salvage ships for harmful aquatic plants. 1.

In the first case, the movement of water through the small concrete pores occurs in the absence of any externally applied hydraulic head, as the result of surface interaction between the water and the pore walls.
In the second case, i.e. in the presence of a pressure gradient, the mechanism governing water ingress into concrete and water movement through it is referred to as permeability.
It has to be remarked that many concrete professionals use the term permeability to mean the resistance of concrete to water ingress and/or passage under actual service conditions, which include cracked state, as due, e.g., to restrained drying shrinkage and thermal deformations as well as service loads etc.
