Mostly it is used in optical microscopy as the demand of visual observations are increased, especially for the micro-metric biological objects or materials.
It leads to the achievement of super resolution profile-meter in optical nanoscopy, especially if it is combined with interferometer or interference microscopy [6-10], which mostly applies to observe the surface of materials.
But, actually it also can be applied to scan a living cell using an optically trapped microsphere that is use visible light [11] which may cancel any potential damage to the observed sample materials.

Abstract.
We have developed a technique [1] of producing Al sheets with lower concentration of defects which can compete with imported materials.
Tensile test (φ 6×30mm) was carried out by using Instron-1185 type materials testing machine (at room temperature).

Sisal fiber was supplied by Guangxi Sisal Company, glass fiber was supplied by Chongqing Glass fiber Company, phenol formaldehyde resin was purchased from Wuhan High Balance Composite Materials Co.
Analysis on reason, sisal fiber is a kind of plant fiber, it can improve the mixing performance of material and debase the density of frictional materials.
Conclusion The hybrid fiber used as braking friction materials have the advantages of favorable friction and wear properties, higher impact strength.
