The thermally treated residual kaolin can be used in mortars in civil construction acting as a material with high pozzolanic activity, forming phases from the group of silicate, specifically hydrated aluminum silicates and hydrated calcium resulted from its reaction with calcium hydroxide or hydrated lime on the mortars with lime [1].
The residues were characterized using the techniques of X-ray diffraction (Shimadzu, XRD 6000), EDX (Shimadzu EDX 700), differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis (BP Engineering RB3020).

During of the past decades solid rockets have received serious consideration for more civil and military application[1,2,3].
This is especially true in classical civil and military field.
In order to make engineering analysis the assumptions are: (1) Combustion chamber gas is ideal gas and heat loss is constant in combustion process; (2) Propellant charge is completely burnt and the burning temperature is unchanged; (3) The charge is ignited under the pressure of ignition pressure; (4) Do not consider effects of erosive burning or the change of burning surface caused by scouring.

Other cases include an assessment of the market value of various engineering objects or facilities (streets, overpasses, water supply, sewerage and power supply networks, bridges, tunnels and subways, etc.) when their value is defined as the difference between the value of the land before and after construction.
Goal and Methods of Study The market value of a land plot is determined on the basis of the Methodological Recommendations (guidelines) [1], as well as other normative and legal acts, in particular, the Civil, Land, Water, Housing and Tax Codes of the Russian Federation, Federal Valuation Standards, the Law [2] for example [4-7].
