Introduction Ambient water quality criteria refers to as water quality criteria (WQC) that mainly refers to the maximum dose or concentration which pollutants does not produce harmful effects for integrity of aquatic organisms, human and aquatic ecosystem in water [1].It is based on an objective record of scientific experiments and scientific reasoning.
(1)Because of the study of WQC in China had started late and the foundation was weak.

Modes of air distribution in gymnasiums are: (1) lateral air supply, a widely-used mode in which nozzles are commonly adopted; (2) upper air supply, high energy-consuming and generally combined with bottom air return; (3) bottom air supply, air-saving.

The peaks that occur is at 478 cm-1,614 cm-1,842 cm-1, 1053 cm-1 and 2194 cm-1.
The wavenumber of 614 cm-1 is showing the Si-Si bonds [8,9,10].From the figure 3(b) , there are also five peaks that can determined which are at 421 cm-1, 490 cm-1,874 cm-1,1045 cm-1 and 2252 cm-1.
The Si-H bond is at 2252 cm-1 and Si-O bond is at 490 cm-1.
The peaks are at 435 cm-1,482 cm-1,849 cm-1 and 1045 cm-1.The Si-H bond peak cannot be seen in the FTIR spectra and also the Si-Si bond.
