Although Mechano-Luminescence is a natural phenomenon, the amount of energy(visible ray) produced by most substances is very low, and thus the synthesization with high-efficiency Mechano-Luminescence materials is essential to apply it to the engineering fields, and again the development of it into a paint form is required by mixing it with a binder.

Abstract.
Aiming at the main damage and its causes of a large-span continuous girder bridge, the strengthening measure of adding the external cable to prestressed concrete box girder was adopted. [1-3] The finite element model of the structure analysis Structural unit division. The structural simulation of this bridge is simulated by the finite element analysis software(Midas/Civil), with reference to the original bridge design drawings, finite element program using the finite element model is divided into 42 beam elements, discrete shown in Figure 1.

Introduction
Design by its very nature is a difficult teaching and learning undertaking in any engineering discipline.
In a company design team of several thousand engineers, the advanced project office may operate with only select few specialists that may number less than fifty.
The first two years are common to most mechanical based engineering disciplines and the remaining two years are considered as the years of specialization that lead to the award of degrees in areas of specialization, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and so forth.
A review of current airworthiness rules and regulations from Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) found that there were no specific regulations governing the operation of the micro dirigible unmanned aerial vehicle.
This in turn demonstrates the danger of using such programs without a good engineering understanding.

Abstract.
This study is expected to research the performance, behaviors and strength of soil nailing by field test, based on the engineering of soil nailing wall protection with the high and steep bedding stone cutting in Chong Qing - Huai Hua Railway in China.
The theory value calculated from the Code for Design on Retaining Engineering Structure of Railway Subgrade (TB10025-2001) is also shown in fig.3.

Abstract.
Improved combined shape genetic algorithm is an efficient optimal design method for engineering structure.
But there are also some shortness in some engineering fields, such as low efficiency of searching, not converging to the global optimal value and so on.
