Abstract.
Two starting materials, pure PZT and doped PZT, were mixed to form four different compositions.
It comprises of a fluid-filled flexible tube connected at the ends to tubes of different flow impedance, which can be achieved by using tubes of different materials or geometries.
It was fabricated by sequential deposition of different PZT materials on the substrate followed by co-sintering.
Noordergraaf: International Journal of Cardiovascular Medicine and Science 1 (1998), p. 205
