As a result of the diverse structure and specific properties associated with the small thickness of such objects, their physical characteristics can differ significantly from those of the same materials in the massive state.
In the past decades, many materials have been studied [8-10], but copper (Cu) attracts more attentions since it is hard to form the intermetallic compound with Cu/Si, thereby providing a relatively stable interface between them.

But and of the nanoporous materials are unknown.
In order to obtain and, the FEM for the solid materials of nanoporous materials are made (shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4).
The size of the two models is the same to the one of the nanoporous materials.
In the solid FEM, the materials properties for the solid materials and the Si substrate are given out in Table 2.

An implementation method of the virtual crack closure technique (VCCT) for fracture problems of non-homogeneous materials such as functionally graded materials (FGMs) with commercial finite element software ABAQUSTM is introduced in this paper.
The commercial software ABAQUSTM has the ability to analyze the non-homogeneous materials by setting the material properties at the element integral points equal to the real material properties though the user subroutine UMAT.
