It takes advantage of dimension reduction to comprehensively replace a large number of evaluation indexes by a few principal components, which contain the original index information.
The data in Table 4 are used to obtain a rough classification of environmentally sustainable development degree by cluster analysis.
(2) The principal component analysis is performed to determine the weight of each index by statistical analysis on the massive amount of sample data.

Most of the data, available in the literature, is related to flat GBs obtained for bi-crystals [[33]].
Since the GB structure and properties is influenced by its curvature (grain size) [[34]] this data is not applicable in the case of nanomaterials.
The slope of the data from this region represents velocity of the grain shrinkage, dV/dt (grain boundary migration).
Experimental studies show that usually there is a significant deviation from such a low and the data fits to more general formula: , nÎ(1¸6 ) (13) where Ed0 is an initial average grain diameter, t – time and n, k are constants.
The data on quantitative effect of the grain boundary misorientation angle on the mobility can be further used at mesoscale, where the populations of grains instead are considered.

Fig.2 Hardware subsystem principle and structure block diagram
Software subsystem
The software subsystem utilizes building block design, the programs of which uses C++ language, and its main functions are to complete A/D conversion, digital filter, FFT processing, data insert, energy analysis, results display, generate data format file etc.
Fig.3 shows the DSP main program chart of energy saving diagnosis operation, DSP main program is core hardware processing program in the detector, and its main functions is data filtering and FFT analyzing; Fig.4 shows Signal sampling and data analysis flow chart, at the end of the figure, through FFT analyzing and other analyzing of DSP, we get the energy consumption data files of users , which conclued various functional parameters detected and recorded by DSP chip and they are very significant for the final generation of users energy-saving audit analysis report.
Fig.5 shows the user-friendly and supporting software interface of energy saving diagnosis and analysis, which concludes 6 parts: DSP chip initization, enable interrupt, start samping, sample completed, Data proceess, display results impoert data.
In order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and loss reduction, it is important to replace those energy-saving motors in high efficiency.
Through inserting data processed and recorded by detector into the internal energy-saving analysis software, thus, special users obtain the energy consumption data files and energy audit report, which provide reasonable energy-saving measures and suggestions with special users so that improve their potential ability and maximize their energy-saving production; (2) This detector is of great practical significance in engineering, and is an urgent need for power grid enterprises to implement energy-saving and emission reduction work.

The multi-layer perceptron (MLP) of the neural network structure was trained to reveal the underlying pattern within the data sample.
The sample data was obtained from a sensitivity analysis drive from FEA.
A sensitivity analysis has been conducted to generate the sample data.
Sample data available was split in half for training and validation.

The reuse of MEG is being theme of research and phase equilibrium data for the involved species are required.
Furthermore, a series of solubility data has been measured.
Salt solubility data, pH and conductivity have been obtained from the literature and in the laboratory for these systems [6].
However, data for aqueous systems with MEG are still scarce in the literature, especially for carbonate salts.

The line indicates the results based on simulated data.
Systematical errors build a principal limitation for the resolution of the resulting data.
Vibration of a Beam Validations of DIC measurement data for a vibrating object were done using a bending beam.
Considering the uncertainty of the correlation process, the Q-400/450 DIC systems have the ability to calculate the estimated uncertainty (for contour, displacement and strain data) for each measured data point by the use of error propagation.
These data give the user a quantitative feedback about the accuracy he could expect for each measurement and each data point.

Then, the relationship between the distances of controlled motion and data gotten by scanner is analyzed, a transform matrix which registered the local point cloud sets is deduced, the raster data can be normalized to the world coordinate by it.
The raster data is separated by phase demodulation.
Figure 3(1)-(5) are partly scanned point cloud data around object, Fig. 3(6) is the adjacent point cloud mosaic result of Fig. 3 (1)-(5).
Precision and efficiency analysis Different errors can be imported and interfused in every step of transform from scanning data to computer digital model.

The results correlate with the data of swelling of the cured binder.
Results and Discussion According to the obtained experimental data, heat treatment results in improved load-bearing capacity of the composite structures.
Table 1 Data of mechanical tests of FGRP.
The presented data were also confirmed by the study of swelling of the heat-treated samples (Fig. 3).
According to the data of the swelling curves, the increase of strength properties is a consequence of the process of post-curing of the polymeric binder.

Data preprocessing
Pretreatment of point cloud data is an important element in reverse engineering, it also plays a direct impact on the quality of post-model reconstruction.
The purpose of data preprocessing is to treat the corresponding measurement data to obtain a high quality point cloud data in the process.
The pretreatment of point cloud usually includes: multi-angle point cloud merging, remove noise, reduce noise points, data reduction, point cloud block and so on.
Noise point identificate, removal As a result of the contact and non-contact measurement method of combining data collection, the sum of data obtained is very large, so it need to do some necessary processing before reconstructing models of point cloud data.
Curve is the basis of the data block, and surface is the basis of Modeling.
