This study will do residence design collision detection; engineering building quantitative statistics; construction management and property maintenance in the whole building life cycle based on BIM technology.
All of these positive attempt increased the engineering structural components prefabricated level and progress in the projects, and lay the theory foundation for this study[3].
Construction guidance At the construction site, the 3D building information model will be displayed in front of engineers with the paper drawing on Ipad mobile terminal Autodesk BIM360 Glue synchronous database.
The engineers could instantly do the installation guide for the construction node structure and complex electromechanical equipment.
The Conclusion This study is a positive attempt on the application of new technology in the field of civil buildings.
