Abstract.
Hosaka et al. have introduced the EB drawing system, which is comprised of a field-emission (FE) electron gun for very fine Gaussian electron beams [1].
Recently, Ishida et al. have introduced p-chloromethyl- methoxy-calixarene (calixarene in this paper) [2].
Hosaka et al. have demonstrated the formation of very fine Si dot arrays with a pitch of 25 nm using CF4-reactive ion etching (RIE) with the EB drawn resist dot arrays as a mask [4, 5].
Recently, Hosaka et al. have succeeded in forming 120 nm pitched magnetic column arrays using ion milling using a calixarene resist pattern as a mask for ion milling.

Numerical modeling procedure The procedure for coupled dynamic mechanic-al and water simulations is divided into two steps: first, the stage should be led to a mechanical equilibrium and steady-state flow state.
The Power Station, has a designed installed capacity of 5.85 million kilowatts, storage capacity of 237.4 ×108 m3, the width and height of the crest of 18 m and 261.5 m (from elevation 560 m to el. 821.5m) respectively and the length along the top of the dam is 605 m, slope ratio of upstream is 1:1.9, slope ratio of downstream is 1:1.8.

Introduction
El-Halim et al. [1,2] investigated Ni-Co and Ni-Co-Tl powder electrodeposition from the electrolyte
containing ammonium sulfate and boric acid.
It is also noteworthy that the morphology of Ni-Co powders presented in the paper of ElHalim et al. [1] is completely different than the one presented in this work.
