The optical absorption data show that the surface plasmon resonance band of gold in the visible range is greatly decreased by coating nickel phosphide shell.
For example, Huang et al. used the successive reduction process to fabricate Au@Pd core-shell nanocrystals with different shapes which exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity [4].
TEM images, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) data, and electron diffraction patterns were obtained using a JEM-2100 transmission electron microscope under an accelerating voltage of 200 kV.
The prominent peaks basically match well with fcc Au and tetragonal Ni12P5, consisting with the SAED data.

As electrode size reduction has the negative effect of increasing their electrical impedance, it is of primary importance to find ways to cut it back, for example by increasing the effective surface area [8-9].
Spontaneous activity signals were evaluated after computing the spectral power densities (SPDs, data sampling rate 24414 samples/s, segmentation length of 512, zero-overlapping ratio of the segments, 2-6000 Hz window function) of unfiltered activities recorded using PEDOT-PEG-PSS coated and metal microelectrodes.
The 8 µm diameter platinum microelectrodes present a very high impedance (>10 MΩ at 1 kHz and > GΩ at lower frequencies), that introduce instabilities in the potentiostatic measurements, so that reproducible impedance spectra could not be obtained (data not shown).
After coating with PEDOT-PEG-PSS the impedance of the 8 µm diameter microelectrodes can be measured without any problem, demonstrating a dramatic, although not quantifiable, impedance reduction.

Abstract: Herein, a novel kind of silver nanocluster is synthesized simply by mixing N-Acetyl-L-cysteine template with silver ions and reduction reagent (NaBH4, here).
Fig.3 showed the data of cell viability of the HeLa cells after 24 h of incubation with the transfection complexes.
The data of MALDI TOF MS verified that small numbers of silver atoms are bound to N-Acetyl-L-cysteine.

It reveals that the reduction of the mudstone strength parameter and the decrease of the elastic modulus are the results of hydration stress development after the mudstone hydration.
Also the data shows that the hydration stress of mudstone will be higher when the activity difference between saturating fluid and mudstone core is greater.
Thus we get, (1) The mudstone damage elastoplastic constitutive equation could be rewritten as: (2) Where the parameter is decided by (the experimental data of mudstone core) development of hydration stress.

This paper discusses the application of the rammed pedestal pile in thin stiff stratum in soft soil based on the engineering practice, presents the strengthening design of adopting thin stiff stratum as bearing stratum, and provides guidance for the strengthening of thin stiff stratum which has great economic significance on the reduction of engineering cost.
With the construction technology of no pile toe, there exists obvious variation of penetration by sinking pipe because of the relative poor soil layer above the thin stiff stratum, and considers the exploration data, it is clear to determine whether the pile reaches the stiff bearing stratum.
After the project finished, the static-load pressure test on three piles was carried out, the Q-S curve and data are shown in Table 2 and Fig. 2.

Among all the extrusion heads, the vertical concave head showed the most obvious friction reduction effect, and the resistance reduced 17%.

Data were collected from 299 university students, and the relationships between the scaffolding and the sense of community were examined by path analysis.
