In recent years, much work has been done on microwave absorbing materials, and
anisotropy magnetic materials are expected to have excellent microwave absorbing properties.
Anisotropy magnetic materials are expected to be good at absorbing microwave.
In the present work, as the base of magnetic materials ferrite, iron oxide films are prepared by atmospheric MOCVD.
The array materials are uniform.
The array materials have very high surface area.Fig.2 shows SEM images of the iron oxide whisker film formed on crystal silicon (111).

Introduction
In recent years, design and synthesis of the organic-inorganic hybrid silica materials are of great interest in the materials field such as column packing[1], graft polymerization[2-3], photonic crystals[4], drug delivery[5].Up to now, there are two different methods, post-grafting and co-condensation, have been employed to synthetize the hybrid silica materials.
