Experiment Materials 4,6-diaminoresorcinol dihydrochloride (DAR•2HCl) was obtained from commercial sources and dried under vacuum at 40℃ for 24 h, terephthalic acid (TA) was purchased from Shanghai Lingfeng Chemical, the reaction medium, poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA) with 80.8% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5), was freshly prepared using as-received phosphoric acid and P2O5 (Shanghai first Chemical Co., Shanghai).

The use of biopolymers or natural polymers as raw materials in the medical world is not new.
Therefore, additional materials are needed to make kappa carrageenan have water-resistant properties.
The starting materials were food-grade kappa carrageenan and Food-grade chitosan from crab shells produced by CV.
