Moreover, a reduction in toughness and ductility of the steel and a decreased fatigue endurance of the construction is observed.
Finally, the experimental results of the test members with a smooth epoxy layer without gritted aggregates, provide test data for a fracture mechanics approach, which uses a 2D numerical model of the test specimen, composed of steel, epoxy resin, and concrete.
Table 1 lists some important characteristics of this concrete, according to the technical data sheet.
These results can be used as test data for the fracture mechanics approach.

Because the data after ADC is in intermediate frequency, sampling rate can be very high, and the data rate after mixing is the same with sampling rate.
If use the FIR filter to complete it directly, it can never achieve that high data rate.
Therefore, the signal after mixed must go through CIC filter and HB filter, so as to reduce the data rate, finally use the FIR filter.
Extraction factor after the processing of HB filter was fixed at 2, so it’s especially suitable for reducing data rate by half.

In addition, this belite cement has a Lime Saturation Factor (LSF) of 0.76, which make it have potential for significant CO2 emission reduction.
