The main professional concepts must be supported by effective urban instruments, implemented at administrative level.
One of the most important problems in Craiova has been the lack of water supply throughout history.
Thus, the fountains of the city take on overwhelming significance for its development, as the water springs have the power to attract the inhabitants equivalent to that of the churches.
Center area historical buildings functions types Interventions on historical monuments and buildings that have been identified as having the highest degree of protection will focus on safeguarding cultural value as a priority: - restoration of interior elements considered valuable including restoration of elements affected by previous interventions; - the removal of partitions which affect the cultural integrity of the inner spatial configuration; - restoration of the facades and their decorative components; - in the case of elements whose proportions have changed over time through non-professional interventions, it is mandatory to return to the original form; - restoring facade finishes in respect of the original image, where they have been aggressively replaced; - removing all unsuited elements and replacing them, where appropriate, with discrete and appropriate contemporary elements from the environmental and urban point of view; - removal of all secondary constructions
The proportion of the safeguard and development works ratios will be determined by the historical studies and interventions will be within the limits set out, namely: - restoration of interior elements with cultural values including restoration of elements affected by prior interventions; - the removal of partitions which affect the cultural integrity of the interior spatial configuration; - restoration of the façades affected by interventions prior to the study; where plastic decorations can be identified by means of historical documentation or analogies it is mandatory to restore them, but it is appropriate to highlight the lack of the original substance by discrete markings; - in the case of voids whose proportions have changed over time through non-professional interventions, it is mandatory to return to the original form; - restoring facade finishes in respect of the original image, where they have been aggressively replaced; - removing all destructuring elements and replacing

Introduction In general, the percentage depth dose (PDD) by high-energy photon beam is measured with a conventional ionization chamber or EBT films being put in or on the solid water as increasing the thickness of a solid water phantom, respectively.
Fig. 1 shows the experimental setup for measuring PDDs using a FOD when a solid water phantom is irradiated by high energy photon beams.
In the case of the experiment with EBT dosimetry films, the exposed films are scanned by a professional flat-bed color scanner (Perfection V700 photo, Epson), and they are all scanned with the same scan bed orientation.
It shows maximum doses at about 3.0 cm depth of a solid water phantom with three kinds of dosimeters.
Generally, the absorbed doses in a water phantom increase as increasing the field size and as decreasing the energy of irradiated photon beam.

(3) Influences of water content.Water is generally held to be conductive and able to eliminate electricity because on the surface of solid-state medium, a layer of conductive water film is adsorbed to improve the conductivity of solid-state media.
But there is no water film formed for petroleum.
In addition, the relative motion between oil and water will produce static electricity.
The water content of 1% to 5% mixed in the oil is most hazardous
Therefore it should be highly valued by professional of fuels of troop.

We divided the man-earth system into four subsystem: land use, water resource, environmental and socio-economic system.
Integrated resources carrying capacity is influenced by material, information and energy exchange between land use, water resource, environmental and socio-economic system.
Therefore, this study takes the concept of “land - Population - social - economic - ecological environment” into account, establishes asystem dynamics simulation model of comprehensive resources carrying capacity of Hubei, appraises and predicts the maximum population cap of 17 cities between 2010 and 2020, running on Professional software Vensim_PLE.
As a base for comprehensive regionalization of land use, resources carrying capacity refers to land resource, water resource, environment, economy.
Water resource carrying capacity surpasses other carrying capacity in Hubei except the north central area which has less rainfall and more manufacture.

The entire sanding was carried out under water.
Table 2: The amount of water, water–cement ratio, overflow values of the mixtures and bulk density.
Depending on the water–cement ratio, the number of pores created by the water drying and the bulk density resulting from this factor.
· The required water–cement ratio grew with the increasing content of micronized marble powder

The environmental protection target of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction is that water function and cultivated land resources get effective protection; Earth and rock engineering’s soil and water loss get effective control; Noise and vibration’s environmental impact get effective control; High-speed railway facilities, buildings and urban environment and natural landscape along the railway could be compatible.
April—may in 2006, designing unit and evaluation unit completed the soil and water conservation scheme and environmental impact assessment report, and passed through the review of Ministry of Water Resources and  State Environmental Protection Administration, and provided basis for engineering scheme design and construction management of construction period.
For the crossing ecological sensitive area’s railway, constructed bridge and tunnel reduced the ecological impact as far as possible, took the effectively water environment protection measures in construction period and reduces the influence on surface water; Noise barrier measure was implementted basically on environmental assessment and written reply.and added multiple noise barrier according to physical truth and local government requirements; Most of sensitive point house was removed in 30 meters; The finished parts was planted and recoved in time.
The level of management has improved if professional level of the environmental management personnel should be improved.
Conclusions In the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction, according to the construction target and requirement of world first-class high-speed railway, the railway construction earnestly followed out environment protection and water protection idea, strictly implemented“three simultaneousness” working system.

With the development of computer technology, the computational fluid dynamics software functions have been greatly enhanced, in recent years, some researchers have been presented based on propeller open water performance of CFD numerical analysis method, and compare the calculated results with the traditional experimental data, prove in the propeller open water performance calculation, using CFD software to the results of numerical simulation can meet the requirements of engineering application [2].
The definition of the boundary conditions will directly affect the accuracy of experimental results and authenticity, this experiment using professional software Gambit of boundary conditions and medium types are defined.
Fluid is defined as incompressible constant temperature water, at the same time neglect wake effect.
At the same time, propeller cut the water flow continuously from the leading edge and launch from the flowing edge, lead to the suction surface to form a wide range of low pressure area.
