Introduction Safety is the eternal lifeline of civil aviation.
As the understanding of the theory of system safety and safety culture and states parties actively response to the construction of safety management system (SMS) proposed by the international civil aviation organization (ICAO), air traffic safety management in our country has gradually developed into safety system engineering.
Civil aviation air traffic control unit is still in the accumulation of experience and exploration stage in safety assessment which is carried on in accordance with the relevant requirements of the civil aviation administration.
