The mechanics system of landslide is a typical discrete system, and usually use the finite element method for analysis, but the method exits obvious deficiencies for calculating large deformation and the displacement .However, using the discrete element software for analysis is more close to the actual engineering, and better to calculate the particle flow in rock and soil mass, which is more intuitive describe for the formation and moving of sliding surface.

Then, inland waterway revetment technology also turn from pure engineering technology to the ecological engineering technology development, and the ecological revetment technology increasingly widespread attention The main types and technology characteristics of ecological revetment in Jiangsu province The ecological revetment is new types of bank revetment which use plants with combination of civil engineering.
The roots pass into soil of the engineering foundation, like countless of anchors which stable bag bodies.
Construction of ecological revetment should choose suitable structure according to the characteristics of engineering, some principles of application are introduced in following
(3) Principles of construction and easy maintenance Because of revetment engineering is not converged on a point, but along the layout.

For the large-span tunnel in soft and weak surrounding rock, the theoretical research and engineering practice is not mature.
The results provide the basis for the theoretical research and engineering design.
Engineering Situation Linwu tunnel is two-track and six-lane tunnel.
According to the engineering geology description, there is no neotectonic movement and Holocene fault in the tunnel site.

Introduction Engineering geologists are concerned about the collapsibility of loess for a long time.
Recent study found that microstructural feature of the loess is the main structural feature that can determine the engineering geological properties.
Existing research results show that the engineering geological property of soil is the reflection of the structure elements.

An efficient method for structural reliability analysis Liu Ying a College of civil and Architectural Engineering, Nanchang Institute Technology, Nanchang 330029, China adream_2005@126.com Keywords: reliability; random variables; limit state function Abstract: An efficient reliability analysis method has been proposed in the paper, which based on stochastic response surface method.
Introduction The uncertainty is the inherent characteristic of the engineering structure.
For the engineering structure, reliability stands for the ability of supportment for load and environment .On the other hand, reliability theory focus on the calculation of the probability of failure associated with a limit-state function.
Hence, it is significant to study how to compute the engineering structural reliability effectively.
