Junfeng Jia and Qinghuai Liang presented a method combining WBS-RBS and AHP for risk evaluating of civil engineering construction safety, which is based on the characteristics of civil engineering construction safety [2].
All the variables included in the questionnaire can be set with 5 grades (1 = not important, 2 = somewhat important, 3 = important, 4 = very important, 5 = extremely important). 3) Questionnaires were sent to 150 respondents including project managers, construction managers, design engineers, operating engineers, technicians and constructors.
Different kinds of stuff were sent to the questionnaires in order to assure the universality and availability of the results. 4) Usable questionnaires were returned by 130 respondents, consisting of 10 project managers, 13 construction managers, 55 design engineers and operating, 52 technicians and constructors.

This study breaks through traditional displacement and inclination monitoring methods in excavation engineering, and proposes for the first time that combining excavation engineering with subjects such as Iconology, Signal Processing and Wireless Sensor Network, use Digital Signal Processing, Digital Image Processing, and Micro-Displacement Sensing technology for monitoring and processing various types of displacement.
When the scheme is applied to engineering, it can improve the efficiency and reliability of excavation monitoring.
Besides, municipal regulatory authorities can realize joint monitoring with the construction unit through this scheme, improving the level of excavation engineering’ supervision and monitoring.
