Table 1 Thermal stability of Cu-antibacterial white carbon black containing cerium Temperature[] 400 500 600 700 800 1000 average grain diameter[μm] 20 20 20 20 20 20 appearance color white white white white white white Bacteriostasis rate[%] 99 98 97 99 99 98 3.3 Analysis of light stability After shined by sunshine and fluorescent light for 48 h, the particle size, appearance color and antibacterial property of Cu-Ce-antibacterial white carbon black are not alterative (Table 2).
Table 3 Number of live bacteria in different testing solution Testing solution Controls Filtrate Suspension The number of living bacteria[cfu∙mL-1] 1.73×109 8.71×106 3.55×105 For the purpose of investigating the antibacterial mechanism of Cu-antibacterial white carbon black containing cerium, 0.1 ml of bacterial liquid is inoculated in 15ml of nutrient agar (control sample), antibacterial material suspension and antibacterial material filtrate, respectively.
After culturing at 37 for 24 h, the number of survival bacteria is computed.
From Table 3, it can be seen clearly that the number of survival bacteria in antibacterial material filtrate is obviously decreased compared with that of control sample.
Furthermore, by comparing the numbers of survival bacteria between filtrate and suspension, in which the bacteriostasis power of suspension is stronger than that of filtrate, we can suggest that the contact antibacterial action was effective besides the stripping antibacterial action in the suspension, which indicates that the antibacterial mechanism of our materials can be proposed by the combination of stripping and contact antibacterial mechanism. 4 Conclusions (1) The Cu2+ ion is added into white carbon black by the mode of ion exchange, and is not by the process of adsorption

When the number of the spraying times is more than two, the broadening crystalline peaks superimposed upon the amorphous peak are clearly visible due to the formation of the ultrafine grains embeded in amorphous matrix.
In the spraying process, the surface of the Al substrate is coated by a large number of high-speed molten droplets, and the amorphous coating is welded with the Al plate.
The hardness values of the coating sprayed with different spraying number are approximately 1200 HV, which are higher than that of the glassy ribbons (~950HV).
The XRD results confirm that the coating mainly consists of amorphous matrix and homogeneously distributed nanocrystalline grains.
The coating changes from amorphous state to composite state with the increasing spraying number.

They introduced the effective diffusion coefficients which took account of both lattice and grain boundary diffusion and elucidated the position and the amount of voids in the magnetite scale.
(6) In the eq. (6), is the electronic transference number and is defined as follows
The electronic transference number (te) in eq. (6) is unity because magnetite and Fe-Cr spinel are electronic conductors.
Effective diffusion coefficients and in the duplex scale Because the major point defect of iron is interstitial ion in lower oxygen activities, the effective diffusion coefficients of iron and oxygen are defined [7,8] under the assumption that the oxygen pressure dependence is identical both in lattice and grain boundary diffusion [9]

Note that the surface was scanned at a fixed number of steps (points, pixels) N = 256 × 256 regardless of the scanned area; the obtained AFM images were processed using the Gwiddion 2.25 software complex.
CaP coating formed for 10 minutes is a conglomerate consisting of individual grains of size about 0.3 microns, they are centers of calcium phosphates crystallization and the growth of CaP coating.
Due to further RFMS, a decrease of roughness parameters is observed, which may be associated with consolidation and merging of calcium phosphates grains.
The growth of the polar component can be explained by increasing of the polar groups number and free radicals appearing in the process of modifying the polymer surface with RF discharge plasma and ion sputtering target [10].

To keep its winding turns, the PCB layer number may be up to 12 or even more.
To compare with the classical planar transformer, the planar transformer with matrix structure has less PCB layer number, and the primary winding and secondary winding position is separated, so the parasitic parameter is different with that of classical planar transformer.
The microcrystallite alloy is called nanocrystal when the dimension of crystal grain in the microcrystallite alloy is in nanometer scope.
The amorphous alloy magnetic material doesn't have crystal grain and crystal lattice structure, and it could include three main types, which are iron base amorphous alloy, cobalt base amorphous alloy and iron-nickel base amorphous alloy.

The rest of them of negative influence are Fe、Cu、Ni.Fe、Na、K, which are not dissolved in magnesium and distributed at grain edges as a form of pure metal.
Si、Cu、 Ni have a very small solubility in magnesium and often react with Magnesium into Mg2Si, Mg2Cu and Mg2Ni etc, distributed at grain edges as a form of nets.
When rolling magnesium and its alloys, the distribution principle of rolling reduction as follows: 1) Effect of rolling temperature and rolling speed on magnesium alloys max. pass reduction; 2) When slabs are rolled into plates or strips, the reduction ratio for initial rolling should be proper in order to prevent slabs from cracking; 3) During the intermediate rolling, increasing the reduction ratio as much as possible, in order to make full use of the metal's plasticity while decreasing the number of rolling passes; 4) Reduction ratio should be decreased progressively along with the thinning and temperature decreasing of rolled slabs.
Therewith, the number of rolling passes increases.

Results and discussion Metallographic examination of as-cast samples showed the presence of dendrite austenite grains arranged perpendicularly to the walls of the ingot.
The microstructure consists of austenitic matrix, carbides precipitated in the early stages of crystallization and networks disperse eutectic at the borders dendrites and grains (Fig. 1).
As the number of indentations in niobium carbides was small, only the approximate values of H = 21 GPa were determined.
In order to use the nanoindentation measurements to statistic analysis of phase contribution, the number of indentations should be increased for dendritic structures.

Normal wood cutting process works continuously and there are lots of people done a huge number of works to analysis the impact of different tool parameters to the cutting force, and they have gotten some achievements by now [1-12].

On grinding operation, the kind of grinding wheel (abrasive material of grain, grain size, concentration, wheel grade and bond material) was first selected.
Therefore, an enormous number of experiments are necessary for finding the optimum conditions from single factor analysis with experiment.
Robust engineering is applied to this intelligent support system to get the optimum grinding condition with smaller number of times of experiments.
