In addition, the distribution density of profile valley RD counted the number of profile peak and valley in evaluation length.
Part of mechanical impact of abrasive grain on machined ceramics remained in the subsurface in form of residual stress, even if the surface was polished carefully and strictly.
Through analyzing the experimental data in Table 1, the Rv value rose a lot and the RD value fell slightly after polishing, that is, the ratio of depth to width of the sharpest profile valley increased but the total number of profile peak and valley in evaluation length declined.
The polishing process was a gradual accumulation of material removal under slight scratching effect of abundant tiny diamond abrasive grains.

The number of M23C6 carbides precipitated on the boundaries of grains was so large that they formed the so-called continuous grid of precipitations in some areas.
The relative growth of the number of M23C6 carbides precipitated on the boundaries was accompanied by the process of their coagulation (Table 1).
Precipitations of Laves phase were mostly observed on the boundaries of prior austenite grains, frequently near M23C6 carbides.

Higher speed will increase the grain breakage rate, reduce the threshing quality, and it is the waste of the combine capability, that will lead to reduction in economic benefits.
With the reaping, the total mass will increase slowly, and unloading grain will lead to a sudden drop in the total mass, so the resistance will fluctuate.
System model is converted into the form of differential equations as follows approximately: (1) Where v is the speed of combine, f is the frequency of control pulse, k is the sample number.

A total initial cell number of 2.5 x 108 iron grown cells/mL and 5% (w/v) pyrite grains (Romania, Baia Mare; 50-100 µm grain size) was used.
Binary mixed cultures were prepared using equal initial cell numbers of each species.

Rock is an inhomogeneous material in nature because it consists of many individual materials and components, including minerals, grains, cement materials, voids and cracks, et al.
Chen et al.[6] detected microstructures of granite via using relationship between intensity value and grains.
We label the classes by , with , is the number of level set function, is the number of segments or phases.

Nanometer materials are solid materials which are constituted by minuteness crystalline grains whose feature dimensionality measurements are less than 100nm.
This result is due to the homogeneous single phase system of the amorphous plating, which has no crystal defects of grain boundary and dislocation, or characteristic of chemical composition macrosegregation, thus it has favorable anti-pitting performance.

The mechanical strength of ceramics largely depends on the number and size of the pores and fissures present in them, and CVD diamond coatings can be adopted to repair the surface defects of ceramics effectively [2].
The unpolished samples presents similar rugged surfaces covered by a layer of homogeneous diamond films on which well-faceted diamond grains with grain size of 3-4 μm distribute and the polished films are with smoother surface.
The slight shift to 1336cm-1 from 1332cm-1 in wave number is owing to generation of a compressive residual stress.

Due to high brazing temperature(615◦C), the metallographic images display grain of filler metal region become coarse.
At brazing later periods, temperature decreasing, filler metal begins to recrystallization process, thus it led to grain of filler metal region become coarse.
A large number of coarse cylindricals of α(Al) and some Al-Si particles can be seen embedded in the filler metal.

Microstructure obtained in the deposited metal by developed SAW wire matched with SJ101 and SJ102 flux is mainly of AF, boundary grain ferrite (see as Fig.1).
Higher Oxygen content increases the transformation temperature, promotes the grain boundary ferrite nucleation, which reduces the acicular ferrite in the deposited metal.
