The compressive strength of the CLSM reached to 5 - 7.5MPa, which meets the engineering requirements of CLSM.

The theory and methods presented in this paper, having not only their theory meanings but their practical values, will be helpful for the structural design engineers and the researchers.
First, the designer selects a structure system and determines dimensions of the cross-sections of the corresponding members according to the engineering plan requirements based on his design experience; then according to the Design Code, calculate them to see whether they conform to the Cord or not; if not, adjusting the preliminary dimensions, continues to calculate them until the selected dimensions of the members meet with the code.
In it the computing mechanics, mathematical plan, computer science and engineering are integrated together to optimize the preliminary plan and to get the optimum one.
The design approach proposed in this paper will be helpful for structure design engineers and researchers.
