Effect of polymer to early mechanical property of the fly ash slurry

Abstract: In this paper, different polymer dosage in case of early mechanical properties of fly ash slurry, through testing studies have shown that it can increase 7d flexural strength of fly ash slurry in low dosage, result in lower intensity in high dosage.
Excellent performance makes the polymer slurry in engineering more widely, especially repair works.
This test latex powder at different dosage of fly ash grout under the early performance indicators, systematically mastered the latex powder content on properties of fly ash cement the influence of the early and early mechanical properties of fly ash slurry, polymer latex powder in engineering applications to provide better reference.
This reflects the significant improvement in the polymer slurry of fly ash in the early elastic, that is, fly ash slurry early increase flexibility, it has a greater resistance to deformation and cracking capacity, while the bracing of coal road and windproof and fireproof, just need such properties of the material, so it can be widely used in mine for leak-proof wind engineering and fire protection engineering [6,7].
