To prevent the breakdown under high DC stress, it was found that the reduction of space charge of MgO/XLPE composite depends upon the smaller size of MgO particle and the its content above 0.5 phr (per hundred part of resin, wt%).
From the raw data of space charge measurement, we then calculated the accumulated charges and maximum enhanced electrical field during measurement to investigate the space charge behavior in MgO/XLPE samples under high DC stress.
All diffraction peaks of the XRD pattern in Figure 3a can be perfectly indexed to a pure hexagonal phase (P3m1) of Mg(OH)2, in agreement with the reported data (JCPDS No 7-239).
On the other hand, by adding only 1phr of MgO particles, enhanced maximum electric field was steadily reduced from 137.2 kV/mm to 93.4kV/mm respectively to the reduction of MgO size (from M-0 to M-10).

The data exhibit that the detected Al fraction decreases as the GaN cap layer size increases, consistently with the surface quantum well effect in the layer stack.
The interpretation of the data also rules out the possibility of thermal migration of Al in the adjacent GaN layers during MOCVD growth.
The overlapping of the GaN cap layer from 1 nm to 3nm implies the reduction of the detected Al fraction from 18.25% to 10.46%.
This data is consistent with the value extracted from the interface modes detected by the m-Raman survey in correspondence with the A1(LO) resonant enhanced mode and with its shift.

By using the daily data from the First International Satellite Land Surface Climatology Project (ISLSP), Flied Experiment (FIFE), and worldwide meteorological stations, it has been shown that clouds, soil moisture, and precipitation cause the reduction of the DTR range by over 50% [7].
