The atomic structure of the samples is characterized by x-ray powder diffractometer (Automated D/Max-RB) using CuKα radiation.
This suggests that the Fe impurities segregated from the CaB6 and form Fe containing B phase and they have the right chemistry and magnetic property to account the observed weak ferromagnetism.

The temperature coefficient of resonator frequency (τf ) was calculated at the range between 20ºC and 80ºC Results and Discussion Fig. 1 show X-ray diffraction patterns of Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.05]O3−δ with B2O3 specimens sintered at 950ºC for 4h.The diffraction peaks can be indexed according to the CaTiO3 -type orthorhombic perovskite structure.
