Abstract: The corrosion behavior of reinforcing bar HRB335 in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution was investigated, and the tensile mechanical properties after corrosion were tested.
Nevertheless, with the passage of time and the change of environment, the corrosion of reinforcing bar occurs at different extent because of the carbonization of concrete and the inrush of chloride, which leads to the weakening of concrete and ceaseless engineering accidents.
