Aluminum alloy have advantages of high strength, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, non-magnetic, non-low-temperature brittleness, highly reflective, beautiful color, good corrosion resistance and plasticity and formability and good, is colored with excellent overall performance materials, has been widely used in civil engineering, chemical equipment, aircraft, ships, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment and other aspects[2,3].
However, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of aluminum alloys can not meet the needs of engineering and life, in order to improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy, often uses surface treatment methods and so on anodic oxidation, chromic transformed membrane, galvanization to carry on processing to the aluminum alloy.
