Mortar thickness calculation of bonding layer in large-scale bridge construction

Abstract: The traditional calculation methods of mortar thickness without considering creep of the bridge caused by the mortar thickness, affects the safety and quality of the bridge.
Due to the difference between mortar used in bridge construction and civil engineering, if it is in the atmosphere, and directly exposed to the sunlight, surface temperatures of the pipe is up to 80℃ in summer and the inner core mortar is 50℃.
