Tunnel line should not be set in the fire pipeline because the pipeline leakage can not be found timely, water leakage point is difficult to search and the maintenance is difficult.

Meanwhile, many tunnel engineering professionals have reached a consensus on the establishment of reasonable deformation control criteria and amounts of engineering practice and theoretical researches have been published with great achievement[2], for example: Li X.H proposed a method for estimating the safety and stability of surrounding rock based on monitoring data of surrounding rock deformation during the tunnels construction[3]; Jing S.T presented a series of limited deformation control criteria for tunnel cavern and primary lining with the aid of numerical simulation[4]; Zhang C.L came up with limit criteria of relative deformation for two-lanes highway tunnel based on numerical computation[5].
