LINEAR MOTOR IN THE ELECTRIC PROCESSING TEECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF CURRENT SITUATION AND TREND OF DEVELOPMENT The Linear motor and its control test system is made up of primary, secondary, stroma, slider, slippery course, bumper, position feedback system, limit switch (1, 2), the position feedback system joint, base, motor power connectors, baffle, drive and main wiring (motor, limit switch, the power cord, optical ruler line), peripheral equipment (chain, hall sensors, permanent magnetic material, grating ruler, water cooling circulatory system), sensors (including temperature sensor, current sensor, voltage sensor, speed sensor and acceleration sensor in each control system of temperature, current, voltage, power, and the change of parameters such as velocity, acceleration) and encoder, safety barrier, the I/O module, switch, a man-machine interface, field bus, etc.
Movement process using the straight-line double grating ruler and encoder measuring feedback servo system, installed heat source temperature sensor, with circulating water cooling structure, eliminate the influence of temperature rise on the slide stiffness and accuracy.
