Introduction
Self-assembly synthesis of metal nano-particles has attracted great interest due to its unique properties and potential applications, especially in biotechnology, catalysis, magnetic, optoelectronics et al. [1-4].
Kim et al. [9], the size of nano-particles could be adjust by calcinated temperature.
Third, the minimum particle size would be limited by the size dependent energy, as the theory of Leff et al. which discussed about the size of Au nano clusters formed by thiol capped Au atoms is limited in a range [13].

From the equations above, one can clearly see that if the the initial tangent modulus Eit and the strain at peak stress e0 are known for a given concrete compressive strength fc¢, the complete stress-strain curve for unconfined HSC under uniaxial compression can be obtained.
Recently, a empirical model for Eit has been proposed by Lu et al. [4] as shown in Eq. (4)
Some available analytical models for predicting peak strain Researchers Equations Tomaszewicz [5]; NS 3473 [6] CEB-FIP [1] de Nicolo et al. [7] Wee et al. [8] ACI [9] Table 2.

As can be observed from Table 2, generally, NS 3473[6] (Tomaszewicz [5]) and de Nicolo et al. [7] overestimate the peak strain when compared with the test data, while CEB-FIP [1], Wee et al. [8] and ACI [9] provide conservative predictions.

According to the “iodide- induced mechanism” of Ha et al.[27], the authors proposed a possible mechanism, involving inhibition of {111} facets by strongly bonded halide ions, which increases in the order Cl- < Br- < I-.
Cheng et al [28] also observed similar aggregated gold structures in their study on the effect of KI on the morphology of AuNPs prepared by the citrate reduction method, the results further proved that halide ions have a dramatic formation of nanoparticle superstructures.

The results in Fig. 2 indicate that the YS, UTS and %EL of 304 LN SS at 283 K are higher than that of the specimen tested at 223 K.
But the increase in %EL with lowering of temperature is in contradiction to common expectation.
Grosse et al. [31] have shown that in the low cycle fatigue regime, the volume fraction of DIM is insensitive towards straining frequency.
The observed nature of increase in er with sa is in good agreement with the trend of results reported by Kang et al. [36] for 304LN stainless steel and that by Gupta et al. [37] for SA333 Gr. 6 piping steel.
This relaxation is further followed by the decrease in effective ΔK and a lowering of crack growth rate as reported by Biswas et al. [6].
