Introduction Nowadays materials are tailor made for particular applications inorder to meet specific design criteria (El Baradie (1)).
In the field of automobile, MMCs are used for piston, piston rings, connecting rods, brake drum and cylinder head due to its better corrosion resistance and wear resistance (Natarajan et al (3), Prasad et al (4)).
The increase in normal load and sliding velocity increases the magnitude of wear (Ramachandra et al (10)).
The wear rate of Al/flyash composite is reduced by increasing flyash content in AMCs.

El-Saeidy [3] and Li [4] developed a model of stiffness for the standard bearing successively.
Shan et al. [5] developed a mathematical model on the radial stiffness.
Fij and δij are the normal contact force and deformation at No. i (i=1,2,3,4) contact point of the ball Bj, In addition, the definitions of the correction factor F2i (e) and F2o (e), the equivalent Young’s modulus E* and the equivalent curvature radius Rei and Reo are given by Shan et al [1].
However, these deformations are inevitable, as described by Williams [7] and Almqvist et al. [8].

Sutherland and Kapoor[1], Montgomery and Altintas[2], Smith el al[3] had developed models for prediction of static or dynamic cutting force and surface deformation in end milling.
In domestic, Huang Zhi-gang and KE Ying-lin el al[6]established a finite element model and showed the influence of milling sequence on distortion of the monolithic component.

Ong Lin Seng et al. [2] described that if we use more than two supports would result in static indeterminacy and then it became difficult in predicting the load distribution in the event of foundation making.
Ongand et al. [3] studied that a rigid support in pressure vessel will give rise to greater stress concentration in comparison to a moving one.
Ren Haidong et al. [4] found that the saddle structure itself is stressed because all forces acting on the vessel are ultimately transferred to the support.
El-Abbasi [11] performed a 3-D FEA on a loose fitting and flexible saddle supported pressure vessels using a newly developed finite element that includes the contact stresses at the junction of the vessel and saddle supports.

In the present work, it is attempted to investigate the microstructural evolution of 5083 Al alloy rolled at cryogenic temperature during annealing and the effect of annealing temperature on mechanical properties of 5083 Al alloy, compared with those rolled at room temperature.
Results and Discussion Mechanical properties of 5083 Al alloy rolled at cryogenic and room temperatures are shown in Fig. 1.

It was first synthesized in powder form and bulk form by Wolfsgruber et al. [6] and Barsoum et al. [7], respectively.
However, with increasing Ge/Al molar ratio in Ti3(Al1-nGen)C2, the size and aspect ratio of Ti3(Al1-nGen)C2 grain was decreased.
Ti3AlC2 Ti3Al0.7Ge0.3C2 Ti3Al0.5Ge0.5C2 Ti3Al0.3Ge0.7C2 force between Ti and Ge and Al, but the solid solution of Ge and Al in Ti3(Al1-nGen)C2 crystalline may additionally influence the flexural strength of Ti3(Al1-nGen)C2.
With increasing Al or Ge contents in Ti3(Al1-nGen)C2, Vickers hardness and flexural strength of Ti3(Al1-nGen)C2 were increased due to a solid solution hardening or strengthening in Ge or Al layer in Ti3AlC2 and Ti3GeC2 crystalline structure.
