Gradual-adjustment method can be adopted to the road network planning, or propose a regional program of road network by the method of mathematics and systems engineering, then combine the two ways as the initial program, make the traffic assignment, evaluate and adjust, until the program feasible.
There`re 15 nodes in a frontier region, including the civil nodes and the military nodes.
