Keywords: frontier region; road network planning; demand of combat readiness; military importance degree; simulated case.
Gradual-adjustment method can be adopted to the road network planning, or propose a regional program of road network by the method of mathematics and systems engineering, then combine the two ways as the initial program, make the traffic assignment, evaluate and adjust, until the program feasible.
There`re 15 nodes in a frontier region, including the civil nodes and the military nodes.

Abstract.
In this paper, the calculation method for creep is “Age-Adjusted Effective Modulus Method (AEMM)”, the method is suitable for programming on the calculation, and the accuracy can fully meet engineer needs.
Practical engineering problems are generally essential to meet the above conditions, it can be applied to the calculation of the actual bridge.

Abstract: In the experiment of the behaviour of the connection between steel beam and concrete wall, surface FBG sensor and resistance strain gauge were located at the same measuring point of the flange girth of the steel beam.
In fact engineering, several surface FBG strain sensors are put on the measured structure surface in series to measure strain of points.
