All the as-sintered samples are composed of the dominant phase of ZnO with a wurtzite structure (JCPDS No. 36-1451) and a small amount of cubic spinel phase of ZnAl2O4.
For another hand, the pre-heat treatment would also pre-synthesis of minor amount of fine sized spinel phase of ZnAl2O4, which would further hinder the grain growth of the matrix phase ZnO, and as a result, the structure of the ZnO based linear resistance was refined evidently.

Introduction The spinel ferrites (MFe2O4, M = a divalent cation) belong to an important class of magnetic materials because of their remarkable magnetic properties particularly in radio-frequency region, physical flexibility, high electrical resistance, mechanical hardness, microwave absorbers, catalysts, sensors and biomedical applications and chemistry stability[1-6].
The as-synthesized powder was treated at different temperature, and the color of the product was all black when keeping temperature at 700ºC and 1000ºC for 2 hours respectively. 1.2 Structural and properties determination Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR, AVATAR-360,NICOLET, American) was used for monitoring the structure changes of the precursor and product.
Through comparison the XRD data of the products with the standard (JCPDS CARD 10-467), it is confirmed that the pur e spinel-type crystal structure of Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 is obtained by the complex base salts auto-combustion reaction.

In the dye-sensitized solar cell, nanometer semiconductor electrodes are one of the main structure, because they strongly affect the battery photovoltaic performance.
At present, the porous TiO2 has been considered as alternative elecrode materials for dye sensitized solar cells because of its stable, non-toxic, easy to form film.In addition, the special pore structure and the large roughness are beneficial to dye adsorption,diffusion and migration of redox couple.
