The research on milling force of die steel and other high hardness materials milling in cut-in process are less, and mainly focus on a single cut-in angle in studying milling force under different cut-in manners, which leads that the choosing of cut-in manner can only rely on experience, milling force increases rapidly in cut-in process, tool internal micro-cracks can be asily generated, and even causes the early damage and affects tool life.
Cemented carbideis selected as the cutting tool material, and AISI-D2 as the workpiece material which is from DEFORM-3D material database and matches actual die material Cr12MoV.

Abstract.
Introduction The need for joints between dissimilar materials often arises in automotive industries, because sound joints between dissimilar materials enable multi material design methodologies and low cost fabrication process to be employed.
From the point of view of material supply, aluminum alloy and steel are the most important construction materials for automotive structures; therefore, the availability of a sound joining technique between aluminum alloy and steel is indispensable.

There are three main aspects, including the contents of reactive materials, coating layer thickness and laser parameters.
Among them, the most significant parameters are the contents of reactive materials and laser power.
From Eq.1, carbon and tungsten are the reactive materials, therefore, we only consider their contents.

The accuracy of design and manufacture is the key of model test. For a arch ridge with curved beam and skewed arch, the model test based on the similarity theory is analysized in detail including selecting materials, designing the size of section and calculating the geometrical parameters and so on, and the simulation reults between model and prototype are evaluated.Meanwhile some key technologies and valuable matters for design of aerodynamic model are presented, which provides an important reference value for model design of bridge structures.
