Usually FW material composes of the following three metals, as shown in Fig. 1: Be armor used as a plasma facing material, Cu-alloy (CuCrZr) layer as a heat sink one, and 316L austenitic stainless steel (SS316L) as a structural material.
By comparative analysis of temperature and strain distribution with high surface heat flux of 1.5MW/m2 for CLAM steel and SS316L as the structural materials the conclusion was drawn that the thermo-structural property for CLAM steel is better than that of SS316 at the same condition.

The experimental results indicate that addition of CeO2 into coating materials can refine and purify microstructure.
Laser alloying is an important modification technique which could enhance surface properties of materials.
Consequently laser alloying can enhance properties of materials [2].
Conclusions Addition of CeO2 into coating materials can refine and purify microstructure.

International conference on “Material Science and Nanotechnology” is organized to bring together all technologists, scientists, professors, research scholars, and students to promote interaction to review new challenges and latest developments in the fields of physics, chemistry, materials science, and nanotechnology.
The conference was mainly focused on new opportunities, challenges as well as risks in the field of materials science and nanotechnology.
Materials science and nanotechnology is an inter and multi-disciplinary approach in science.
Materials science covers the study of the properties of solid materials and how a material’s composition and structure govern those properties.
I extend my thanks to Trans Tech Publications Ltd (Scientific.Net), Switzerland for publishing papers in their journal.

Pumpkin is a member of the Cucurbitaceous [10] of 125 genera and 825 species.
According Mayer et al. [9], different parameters influence mechanical properties of fruit and vegetable materials, density, composition of materials, turgor pressure of cells, and adhesion are some them.
Cell wall rupture and cell-cell debonding are two main defined reasons of failure in plant materials [9].
