In the cathode side, oxygen, electron and hydrogen ion occurs reduction reaction producing water under the catalysis of the catalyst.
When the electrode on the bipolar plate is flooded with water, the influence on the gas flow is not as serious as that about the conventional flow field with rectangular section, shown as Fig.4: Fig.4 Sketch of the sections of the different flow channels flooded with water Numerical simulation This paper simulates the novel flow field and the conventional serpentine flow field by the professional CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software Fluent in order to research some key factors which have the significant influence on the operation performance of PEMFC such as the velocity distribution, the gas pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet and so on.
Because the water produced during the operation of PEMFC emerges at the cathode of the bipolar plates, so we main study the flow field at the cathode of the bipolar plates.
Though this situation is favorable for promptly discharging the water produced during the operation of PEMFC, but it can also induce an inadequate reaction which will result in the low operation efficiency of PEMFC.
While the gas pressure difference of this novel intersectant flow field is moderate, this flow field not only can satisfy the requirement for discharging the water timely, but also can save the power used in driving the reactive gases.

Sterilization The product was sterilized in the boiling water of 100˚C for 30 minutes.

Experimental The Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) fibres used in our study from a local professional paper-making factory were cut into flakes.
Deionized water was used in all solutions for fiber treatment.
OCC fibres were firstly chipped into flakes (2cm×2cm) and then soaked in deionized water for 24 h.
After each lay-by-layer assembly process, the treated OCC fibres were intermediately washed with water at room temperature to remove excess polyelectrolyte.
After the layer-by-layer self-assembly treatment, tiny fibres were covered with polyelectrolytes, preventing pulp from swelling because of water adsorption to some extent.

Fuel cell stack is cooled with water cooling method and cooling water becomes hot water with temperature of 60 to 70℃ after bring waste heat from stack away.
Then the cooling water exchanges heat with supplying water in heat exchanger.
One method is with low-pressure water and cooling is realized by the water’s evaporations.
Small water flow is needed in this method and waste heat is taken away mainly by water vapor.
With very little professional maintenance personnel, when there are failures with fuel cells, usually fuel cells are transported back to the production base for maintenance.

It includes water automatic filling part, bottle capping part and labeling part.
