Experimental materials were fresh, no injury and slightly-ripe bananas.
That’s to say, kinds and contents of aroma components materials changed slightly in the course of drying, but some new high-content materials occurred and more original materials disappeared while drying to anhydrous state.

Introduction The development and utilization of composite materials is increased.
This is indicated by using of composite materials in various application.
Because of the mechanical and physical properties, water hyacinth can also be used as a base material for composite materials [3].
The fracture part of materials were observed by SEM and to know the bonding between the water hyacinth and epoxy resin.

The Advanced Manufacturing Technology Strategy (AMTS) is focused on the development of advanced manufacturing technologies and also incorporates a Light Materials Flagship programme.
of new materials requires a long-term view since the acceptance of a new material in the marketplace is typically a lengthy process.
For this reason the LMDN only focuses on very selective materials development activities, such as those directed at titanium powder metallurgy, which is believed to be a significant future growth area.

The research on milling force of die steel and other high hardness materials milling in cut-in process are less, and mainly focus on a single cut-in angle in studying milling force under different cut-in manners, which leads that the choosing of cut-in manner can only rely on experience, milling force increases rapidly in cut-in process, tool internal micro-cracks can be asily generated, and even causes the early damage and affects tool life.
Cemented carbideis selected as the cutting tool material, and AISI-D2 as the workpiece material which is from DEFORM-3D material database and matches actual die material Cr12MoV.
