To train and test the ANN the set of data was generated with use of first principle model [7].

In this paper, the stress relaxation model is obtained based on the Altenbach-Gorash-Naumenko creep equations, and the DE algorithm method is proposed to determine the parameters of through sets of experimental data of 1Cr-0.5Mo-0.25V at 500°C.
The stress relaxation model The solution of the stress relaxation problem is based on the total strain ε remaining constant and the conversion of the elastic strain εe by the stress reduction into the creep strain εcr.
General identification scheme Altenbach-Gorash-Naumenko model parameters are determined with the following method: Given sets of creep and stress relaxation experimental data, then apply the DE method to adjust the parameters until the experimental data is in accord with the relation of Eq. 2 and Eq. 3.
Results and Discussion Four sets of stress relaxation test data each with a different initial stress and one set of minimum creep strain rate versus stress data at 500°C for 1Cr-0.5Mo-0.25V stainless steel bolting material are given in the NRIM data sheets[9].
