The suppress effect of Si upon the interfacial reaction are mainly attributed to the silicon released from the chemical reaction, which associated with the local melt structure, and with the heredity effect of the solidification behavior, while the original silicon content in the master alloy also have the same effect only after a given silicon content.
Accordingly, it could be deduced that SiC/foundryAl-Si matrix composites could be recycled through multiple remelting. 4.3 Al2O3/Al Matrix Composites During remelting of Al2O3/6061 Al [2], it is possible to control the chemistry and particle content with in acceptable limits and the chemistry data do not show that a progressive formation of spinel takes place at the ceramic/metal interface during recycling process.

Therefore the sample was matched with orthorhombic structure with the space group of Pbnm.
Table 2 shows the lattice parameter, volume, space group and crystal structure of Zr-doped SrTiO3.
Samples with high Zr contents (0.6≤x≤1) exhibited Pbnm symmetry with the orthorhombic crystal structure.
For the composition x = 0.0 a cubic structure (pm3m), x = 0.2–0.4 a tetragonal structure and for x ≥0.6 an orthorhombic structure were observed.
