It was found the calculating precision of FEA dynamic predication was very high, the dynamic predicating results by FEA could provide fundamental data to the optimal design high speed reciprocating sandwich composite rectangular parts.
Dai Gil Lee[5] developed slide parts of a high speed CNC milling machine by bonding sandwich composites and steel frame together, it was found that the damping factors of the hybrid slides increased 1.5~5.7 times and mass reduction of them was at least 26% compared to those of the steel structure parts.
However, most research projects were mainely focus on the properties of sandwich composites with Nomex honeycomb or PVC core material, few studies are carried out about light weight wood core sandwich composite plates, and the design of wood core sandwich composite structures which are used for ubstituting the conventional metallic parts lacks fundmental test data.
BZ1201 type of impact hammer with a force transducer and WS-5921 data acquisition systems were selected for exciting and recording the test singal.

The most recent literatures in this area show that researches are mainly focus on using machine learning techniques for data fusion, features fusion, and also decisions fusion in order to achieve a higher accuracy of decision making in vibration condition monitoring.

Hardware data acquisition and software system recognition are two parts of the whole recognition system.
Different kinds of disturbances are easy to be brought to decrease the image quality in practice, consequently processing of filtering and noise reduction should be used to guarantee the data accuracy of license plate characteristic.
Color and brightness data of license plate will be collected by HSI to obtain the positioning identification.
Implement of Software System Due to the amount of data in a whole license plate recognition system is very large, a language tool with high integration is compulsory.
However there is no matrix data in common programming language.

In Table 2 there is presented a comparison between the simulation data obtained for the ground moving system without damper (left column) and with the damper (right column).
Even if important advantages appear, advantages that favor the understanding of the theoretical principles and the reduction of the gap between theoretical models and their concrete representations, it is still recommended not to totally replace the real experiments [12].
During the experiments, which were nothing but complex phenomena (structural oscillations of ABS material) studied with simple tools, involving stages of design, simulation, data processing and modeling [13], the obtained results were plotted and presented in figure 3.
The obtained data show that the natural frequency is about 4 times higher when the ground moving system is equipped with the designed damper.

Brief description of model and data
The Jinta oasis is an inverse triangle, situated between 98º39´E and 99º08´E and 39º56´N and 40º17´N in the northern side of the middle of the Heihe river basin in northwestern China.
The WRF model is a next generation mesoscale forecast model and data assimilation system was developed by NCAR, and NCEP [8].

Accordingly, the Complementary Code Keying system with RS (255,239) module can not only achieve impressive error control performance but also attain a high data rate of 10.307Mbps.
Simulation results demonstrated that RS (255,239) can effectively reduce the error probability of system to promote the reliability of data transmission as well as ensure the system’s high data rate which is the key advantage of Complementary Code Keying system.
