Since many definitions for the corner are illustrated where the detection accuracy is affected by the data imperfections as geometric and radiometric distortions, so the target of the detection process is to collapse the similar features in spite of these imperfections.
Latterly, some adjustments have been developed as using adaptive weighted filtering process having a high computation cost with more complexity to deal with variations leading to losing of important data [1-12].
This process will be performed for x and y directions independently providing the frequency data.
Rs=det(M)-k(trace(M))2 (14) An enhancement over Harris detector was proposed allowing utilization for color data [2, 6-10].

It can not only realize efficient data transmission but also conquer multi-path effect, frequency selective fade as well as narrowband interference[7].
However, the performance enhancement is on the price of data transmitting rate’s reduction as well as the increase of coding redundancy.
Data input rate of Complementary Code Keying module is 11Mbps and RS (255,239) adopted as the channel code can correct symbols at most.
Accordingly, the Complementary Code Keying system with RS (255,239) module can not only achieve impressive error control performance but also attain a high data rate of 10.307Mbps.
Simulation results demonstrated that RS (255,239) can effectively reduce the error probability of system to promote the reliability of data transmission as well as ensure the system’s high data rate which is the key advantage of Complementary Code Keying system.

The administrator can through the management interface is easy to use and view these data.
First need a car to the control center to register and get a car card not al other vehicles, at this point, the control center will be the vehicle to login into the database, to become a master data, and the identity of the card and the associated code.
Reset circuit can meet resistance capacity reduction or directly through the controller control, low level effectively, if dangling electric automatic reset by default. 5.
Electronic tag car card installed on vehicles, on the one hand, as a symbol of wireless electronic license plate vehicle status, on the other hand, is responsible for acquisition of vehicles running data transmitted to the card reader.
This solution effectively to management department to provide the real vehicle data, so as to realize the fully electronic vehicle management monitoring.

In the AEWMA-Max method with λ =0.1 and L=2,642, 26 data were out-of-control and the number of data controlled was 64.
In the AEWMA-Max method with λ =0.2 and L=2.934, the uncontrolled data is 16 and the number of controlled data is 64.
In the AEWMA-Max method with λ =0.3 and L=3.092, the data out of control is 22, and the amount of data in control is 53.
AEWMA-Max with λ =0.4 and L=3.212, the uncontrolled data is 3 and the number of controlled data is 87.
The temperature data on shrimp farms CV Air Mas Jaya vannamei tend to decrease in value, then the Max-Chart control chart is not appropriate because the amount of data out-of-control too much and too little data in-control, while the Aewma-Max control chart matches the best combination of parameters with λ =0.1 and L = 2.642, with 26 data out-of-control and 64 data in-control.

The factors that led to discrepancy in the two groups of data were discussed.
In conventional practice and operation nowadays, cathodic protection (CP) potentials are obtained normally by means of in-situ measurement which is costly and inconvenient, especially for offshore or buried structures, or merely by means of estimations based on recommended empirical formulas and data in generally accepted standards which can only describe CP system in outline and take common factors into account.
The electrochemical reactions of CP can be visualized in the form of an electrochemical cell which consists of three components: the anode where the oxidation (corrosion) takes place, the cathode that is the site of the reduction and is electrically connected to the anode, and the electrolyte that is the medium surrounding the anode and cathode.
Verification Experiment To verify the validity and accuracy of BEM CP modeling, a test pool full of sea water and a real miniature rig jacket installed with a piece of sacrificial anode was built so as to compare computer analysis results with experimentally measured data.

Furthermore, a lack of data on the fracture toughness causes difficulties in evaluating the structural integrity of existing steel structures.
If material properties can be estimated through nondestructive inspection without any “cutting-out”, there is no need for facility suspension that causes substantial indirect cost, and significant reduction of maintenance costs can be expected.
In practice, though all design and standard specification require the definition of tensile properties for a material, these data are only partly indicative of inherent mechanical resistance to failure in service.
In addition, given the historical perspective about 40 years use of high tensile strength steels for infrastructures, the applicability of our previous and present studies should be examined for these materials by accumulating various field data.

In order to provide a reference for decision-making of calamity reduction and improvement project, some preventive measures on them, including monitoring of river hydrology, morphology near bank, and hydrologicalgeology, and inspection and investigation of outward indication of bank and human activity, are presented by means of analysis on above-mentioned aspects.
Measured data was very lack of because little monitors on actual failures were performed.
Further, many water level and discharge and rainfall data provided by local hydrological or weather information stations also can be used
