Introduction
In recent years, the potential of edible films to control water transfer, and to improve food quality and shelf-life, has received increasing attention from researchers and industry.
Materials and methods Film preparation Soy protein film-forming dispersion was prepared dissolving 5 g of soy proteins isolate(SPI) and 2 g of Glycerol, dispersed in 90 ml of distilled water, and pH was adjusted to 8 by adding hydrochloric sodium hydroxide .Before stirring 30 minites at 70 °C, ultrasound treatment (UT) was applied to 100 mL of the film forming dispersion for exposure times ranging from 0 to 20 s were performed by using a UPS200S ultrasonic processor (Hielscher Gmbh, Germany) equipped at a power output of 1000 W, a frequency of 24 kHz.
They observed a detrimental effect of UT on the mechanical properties of films except for the sample treated in a sonication bath for 10 min, for which the improvement of mechanical properties and the increase in film water solubility were observed.

Given the location and scale of Tianjin (secondary region, megacity), the average resident water consumption is 140-210 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for administrative areas, commercial and financial areas, cultural and entertainment areas, and sports areas is 50-100 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for hotel, educational, medical, and other public service is 100-150 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for other communal facilities is 80-120 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for industrial areas is 120-200 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for storage areas is 20-50 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for municipal infrastructures is 25-50 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for greenbelt is 10-30 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for some special areas is 50-90 cubic meters/(hectare/day); water consumption for roads and squares is 20-30 cubic meters/(hectare/day).
