                Overall Framework of Smart Basin
Smart Basin is a highly digital, high degree of simulation, highly intelligent basin which is supported by the next generation information technologies, with the application service platform for the basin as a core, and professional applications and decision support as the target.
It is composed of sensing layer, basic network support layer, infrastructure network layer, application service platform layer, professional applications and decision support layer, as shown in Fig.1.
By means of devices, the natural water cycle information, including precipitation, evaporation, surface runoff, soil moisture, subsurface runoff, underlying surface, etc., and the social water cycle information, including water sources, water intake, water delivery, water use, water deprivation, drainage, etc., can be obtained.
Application service platform layer: This layer is the integrated application of all types of information from video, audio, cluster scheduling, data collection, to build professional applications for water service platform, including multi-source coupling based on meteorological and hydrological information security platform, binary numerical simulation of the water cycle and associated platforms, numerical control platform of water resources, watershed data assimilation system platform, virtual reality platform basin.
Professional applications and decision support layer: This layer mainly provides professional decision support and information services for integrated watershed management, e.g., flood control and drought, water regulation, soil conservation, water conservation and other applications.

                Introduction
The design process of construction project is a huge systematic engineering and requires lots of participants (such as Architectural ,Structure, Electrical and Water/ FF) to finish the task.
Figure I Three Levels of Design Interface in Construction Project The interface between different professional design teams (interface II).
Although the division of responsibilities is made among different professional design teams during design process, it is impossible to cover everything in that different professional design teams connect with each other and overlap one another.
Design teams differ in design objectives due to the difference of their professional backgrounds and knowledge structure.
They have an understanding in each other’s design concept, which help achieving the corporation goals under the multiple targets of every professional design teams.

During the project life cycle, GBIM carries out a unified, shared and data-integrated management platform by the digitization, visualization, and modeling of information generated in various stages of project, to achieve the seamless and task coordination of various stages and various professionals in a green building process.
Thereby ensure the green building systems can make the energy efficiency, the conservation of water, land and materials, the environmental protection optimized.
The key and core part of this research is to resolve and analyze the information flow and dependency relationship among the professional software with the professional design of the building, construction facility and itself and then use the graphic displaying model to express.
After that, the information optimization technique has been used to organically combine the input/output data of the professional modeling software and input/output data of the professional design software of the building, construction and facility together.
Besides it could also provide data and technology support for green strategic decision and green assessment and make sure the building system could maximum the energy saving, land saving, water saving and material saving and environment protection.

2) Speeding up the Maritime authorities training of professionals.
In order to ensure LNG ships navigation safe when entering and leaving the channel, the maritime authority should be fully aware of the enormity and complexity of monitoring, the necessity and urgency to improve and enhance safety monitoring means for the port water area, as soon as possible to study the means of supervision and appropriate staff training to ensure LNG ship and port safety [1]. 4) Building on the crew, pilot and personnel training system terminal As stakeholders in the transportation of LNG, not only have excellent professional knowledge and skills, but also have good special ability.
Crew quality, professional skills, work quality and level of effort are the most direct factors of the LNG ship safety.
Safety and risk management of large LNG spills over water.

Green buildings pose new challenges to building design and architecture professionals.
Integrated building design, a relatively new concept, not only optimizes overall energy performance, minimize water use, protect existing wetlands, and cut down on waste.
Little observation of standards and inaccurate standards enforcement are prevalent, which gives rise to opportunities for poor-quality buildings. 4) Challenge of Low Awareness Level Since green building concepts are still new to a large part of China’s consumers, as from government department’s staffs to developers, investors and most of the design, construction, supervision, property management personnel, all the industry professionals are lack of green building basic knowledge and awareness that green buildings can reduce energy costs and improve living comfort.
Universities across the China are quickly embracing green building international practices and standards in recent years, and green technology education is becoming an essential course to professional training.
However, Chinese green building is still in its initial development period, without the formation of complete, holistic and systematic system supported by education, technology and professionals.

Water-soluble ions account for about half of the PM2.5 mass.
After sampling, each aerosol filter was leached using 5 mL ultrapure water (specific resistance: 18.3 MΩcm) to extract the water-soluble anions in KQ-250B mode ultrasonic cleaning instrument (made in China).
Characterizations of Water-Soluble Anions in PM2.5.
The concentrations of water-soluble anions in PM2.5 followed the order of SO42- > NO3-> F- > Cl-, and this order accorded with the order of water-soluble anions in PM2.5 in Jinan [6].

With the help of professional instructors and engineers, students were required to collect the engineering information (e.g., rainfall, flow, topographic and geologic), and basic data from actual projects or granted projects of faculty members under real engineering construction (design) environments [3]. 2.2 Teaching materials preparation Engineers, professional instructors, and students discussed about and analyzed the actual hydrological and meteorological, topographical geology, construction materials and other basic information.
This requires that the instructors not only to have proficient professional knowledge, but also to have explicit hydraulic design engineering experience, particularly in structure, materials, and construction technologies.
In the training, two classes had ten part-time instructors in total, four of whom are engineers with six qualified with dual professional degrees. 3.3 Main Problems The reform and implementation of comprehensive training was smoothly carried out.
Acknowledgment The paper is supported by Zhejiang New Century Educational Reform Project (No. yb06107, and No. yb09100), and the Key Reform Project of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College (No. 2007001), China.

Training purpose is no longer to master professional knowledge and skills and achieve conformance certificate through examination.
Although women have a great interest to engage in professional working, those women who obtained employment training are less overall.
Older unemployed men have formed their own inherent professional knowledge skills, professional qualification certification, social ability and sense of responsibility and self-confidence.
At the same time it can strengthen the management company to the professional value degree, actively send new employees to participate in training.
