According to the inputted information and other influencing factors, the system infers a series of desirable cutter models and outputs the relevant information such as cutter shank dimensions, cutter length and blade shape.
Considering the lack of constraints to the target function in the machining data optimization module and many influencing factors that differ from general turning, an initial selection is made before optimization of machining data.
finitialMAX ≥ f > finitialMIN (1) vc initialMAX ≥ vc > vc initialMIN (2) The optimization target is divided into three parts: maximum productivity, minimum cost, and the integration of the two factors.
The expert system uses VC++ software to infer and optimize cutters and blades by considering the main influencing factors such as machine tool, coolant, work dimension and machining precision, which can make up for the inadequate experience of workers.

These materials exhibit improvements of their thermal, mechanical, electrical, or any other property that is affected by structural variations.
The first one is material properties related and the second one is design requirements related.
In principle, by examining the effect of these two factors, we can either choose our desired properties from existing raw composite material and/or design specific favorite properties by assembling assumed homogeneous combination of different constitutes to suit our desired application.

Mo-Si-B alloys are attractive due to their high temperature mechanical properties and high melting temperature.
Three phase alloys comprised of Mo (solid solution (ss)), T2 (Mo5SiB2) and Mo3Si offer favorable combinations of high temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance due to the formation of an adherent borosilicate layer during high temperature oxidation [3].
While there are several factors influencing the oxidation resistance that have been identified, it is clear that the B to Si ratio of the alloy is the dominant factor.
A clear understanding of the factors controlling reproducible coating synthesis and processing is critical for high temperature applications.

It has been reported that mechanical attrition treatment promoted the formation of nanostructured surface layer [1].
In addition, it was reported that cold rolling had great effect on mechanical properties of austenitic stainless steels [10]; the increase in the cold reduction rate increased the tensile strength, whereas decreased the ductility.
Strain-induced martensitic transformation is also known as one of the factors to enhance formability.
The figures show that both factors decreased with increase in humidity.
From the results, the frictional phenemena can affect the surface condition of material.

This interest is motivated by the qualities of these parts, which besides the reduced mass [1] (three times smaller than the materials of Fe, Ni or Cu) ensure good thermal and electrical conductivity [2], high mechanical and corrosion resistance, wear resistance [3], damping properties vibration and low expansion coefficient [4] compared to other types of metallic materials.
Powder mixtures compaction behavior can be quantitatively expressed by densification equations that describe the relationship between densities - applied pressure during the compaction stages, using correction factors [5].
Zhou et. al [10] observed that lubricant affects the powder deformation and rearrangement densification mechanisms during the powder die compaction process.
The pressing densification of Al-SiC powder mixture and corresponding properties of the compacts are influenced by the packing state, size and number of SiC particles in the initial packing structure [10].
Wang and al. [12] highlight the effects of the Al content and compaction pressure on the relative density and stress distribution and result of the different initial packing structures and on the properties of the compact.

Introduction The properties of polycrystalline materials are largely controlled by their structure and interfaces that they contain, particularly by grain boundaries (GBs).
It is the GB engineering which is designed to influence the properties of materials by affecting the GB character distribution [1].
The mechanical properties such as strength, ductility, creep, and corrosion resistance can be improved through a systematic modification of GB distribution.
The segregation factors vary between several units (for Au) to several ten thousands (for Bi or Se).
The segregation enthalpies of the investigated solutes are presented in Fig.5 as a function of selected physical properties.

Introduction During the normal conditions of casting the primary silicon crystals in hypereutectic AlSi alloys exhibit a coarse form, which has a negative impact on the mechanical and tribological properties and on the ability to machining.
Analysis of Fig. 1 and the data summarized in Table 1 shows that the most coarse-grained structure was obtained for the unmodified alloy, cast to ATD probe (sample 1),in which the average area of the silicon surface reach the value of 4317 μm2, the number of silicon precipitates per one mm2 was 9, and the shape factor amounted only 0.39.
For samples 1-4, in which the solidification has occurred in the standard ATD probe (with use of different variants of cooling), the obtained results of average area, the number of precipitates and the shape factor of silicon crystals, does not show a significant difference.
This indicates that the precipitation of silicon adopt spherical, compact shape, which is known to significantly affect mechanical properties of the AlSi cast alloys.

The main importance is attached to the mechanical (strength, elasticity, deformability, stiffness) and thermal (heat resistance, temperature resistance) properties.
Some number of metals have certain properties, which are almost reached its ceiling, and some cannot be made, in principle (e.g., elasticity and high viscosity, the proper heat resistance and heat resistance in an oxidizing atmosphere and under the influence of mechanical loading and temperature above one thousand degrees, etc.).
They suggest monitoring the properties of the material, heating mode, performing physical and mechanical and other types of analysis, they are carried out before or after heating.
Ambient temperature is a compelling factor in the impact, the internal temperature – the response.
In addition, the properties of the semi-finished product by external feedback of IDS-diagram method are controlled and the anticipated data on the product properties by an external feedback of IDS diagram method are formed.

Presence of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in biogas affects engine performance adversely, thus reducing H2S content is a valuable part in practical application before utilizing biogas.
Many factors affecting the behavior of gas adsorption such as gas in-flow rate, adsorption temperature, binder loadings and textural characteristics were considered.
Effects of parameters on adsorption characteristics were also evaluated along with mechanical strength of pellets.
The Fe3O4-3STR becomes attractive for capturing H2S in terms of adsorption plus strength properties.
It implies that active Fe3O4 sorbent influences the H2S-sorption capacity, whereas the porosity of the pellet affects the kinetics of the sorption/desorption process and remains unchanged at regeneration temperature below its glass transition temperature (Tg).
