Introduction
Recent innovations of new materials allow machines and structures to become bigger, lighter, and
faster, and this trend is still continuing.
For example, auto industry demands light and strong materials badly in order to improve vehicle's fuel consumption.
The magnesium alloy is the one of the metallic materials which recently receives intense attention since it is the lightest material in metal.
As we noted above, it is important to know how materials behave under multi-axial stress to fully understand phenomenon in the real life situation.
Satoh argues that each materials has its unique microstructures, and as a plate gets thin the probably of including low fracture toughness microstructures goes down.

Therefore, using substitute material of the asbestos fiber became an irreversible general trend in building materials industries.
Experiment Raw Materials ① Cement.
This experiment adopted silica fume produced by Beijing Bang De Yin Synthetic Materials Institute.
After dry mixing, the materials were poured into mortar mixer, then water was added gradually while still mixing, and the stir time was 3 min after all materials added.
Silica fume is a kind of mineral materials, and the main component is SiO2, whose content is over 95%.

The raw materials were tin, silver and copper powders in micron size.
Unfortunately, the Pb based materials have toxic properties and may be harmful to health and environment [1].
Additionally, powder metallurgy offers better advantage on top of ingot metallurgy in terms of quality, cost, precision, productivity as well as by its ability to conserve raw materials through a high level of material consumption [4].
Experimental Procedure The elemental materials used in this study were 99.8% trace metal basis of Sn powder (<45 µm), 99.9% metal basis of Ag powder (5-8 µm) and 99% of Cu powder (45 µm).

Abstract.
The starting materials SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, BaCO3, Sb2O3, Na2CO3 and H3BO3 are all reagent grade chemicals.
Batches of well mixed starting materials; weighted to 50 g according to the formulas, were melted in the alumina crucibles at 1100 °C inside an electronic furnace.
Moreover, according to the classical dielectric theory, the refractive index depends on density and on polarizabilities of atoms in a given materials [11].
