The transition zone determines thermophysical and strength properties of an end products, i.e. the quality of joining [7].
For instance, cooling causes the redistribution of diffusion elements, so at this stage it is important to consider those factors, that affect the transfer of components.
Work [8] notes that one of the most important factors in brazing boron nitride and tungsten carbide using titanium is the activity of titanium.
Result and discussion The calculations use the following properties of materials: the first layer is solid alloy on the basis of tungsten carbide, the second (transition) layer is titanium-based brazing alloy, and the third one is carbon steel.

Introduction The porosity or void ratio is directly related to fundamental mechanical properties of particulate materials such as dilatancy, shear strength and compressibility.
The technique involves a needle-size probe that is pushed into the soil to permit one to measure the local electromagnetic properties of the medium along its path.
The measured impedance Z * meas is affected by the impedance of the probe, the cable, electrode polarization, and the soil itself.
(3) where factors α and β are electrode shape factors for resistance and capacitance determined by calibrating with known fluids, and ε0 is the permittivity of vacuum.
The resistance shape factor is α = 2.15 cm-1 for the large probe and α = 6.7 cm-1 for the small probe.

Some studies suggest that the OLTC transformer is considered as one of the important factors which causes voltage breakdown[9].
Currently, some studies on the voltage stability of power system affected by OLTC are mostly based on the OLTC of the mechanical tap-changer of tradition.
Now the contactless OLTC circuit using the transition resistance or reactance also brings circulation and affects voltage stability.

To check the validity of regression model and to determine the significant parameter affecting the surface roughness, Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and F-test were made.
In order to maintain the versatility of AFM process and at the same time introducing determinism and controllability of rheological properties of abrasive laden medium, a new hybrid process termed as ‘‘Magneto rheological abrasive flow finishing (MRAFF)’’ is developed[7].
It refers 3 factors with 3 levels as shown in Table 2.

With a sample of n observations of the dependent variable Y (Ra), the regression model [15] can be expressed as: (10) where k is number of factors (5) β0 is the free term, βi is the linear effect, βii is the squared effect and βij is the interaction effect.

The combination of a hard, brittle outer layer and a compliant, tough inner layer offers high wear resistance and damage tolerance, factors that are crucial to the lifetime of such structures.
These studies have enabled the identification of various damage modes and the effect on stress fields of geometrical variables such as coating thickness, indenter radius and sample radius [1-5, 7, 8], as well as material properties such as interlayer elastic modulus.
Input material properties and geometries were chosen to mirror concurrent experimental work.
Dental composite (Tetric EvoCeram, Ivoclar Vivadent, USA) with a Young's modulus of 13 GPa and Poisson's ratio of 0.22 was chosen as the support material, as it closely matches the properties of human dentin.
The primary stress region under the soft indenter is close to the margin area, where the stress is affected by coating taper.

Introduction The dynamic response of pavement, bridge and railway facilities is an important influencing factor for structure safety of pavement, bridge and railway.
The studies on vehicle dynamic loading affecting pavement structure had achieved in Europe and North America during 1950s.
Mechanical parameters of asphalt concrete are affected not only by aggregate but also by asphalt.
Researchers in road-engineering field often use dynamic modulus to characterize dynamic property of asphalt concrete when dealing with dynamic response of pavement structure.
Finite Element Model Based on the above-mentioned factors: pavement structure (shown as Fig. 1), mechanical parameters (presented in Tab. 1), inflation pressure of tire (0.7MPa), type of truck (Dong Feng EQ1168G1) and vehicle loading capacity (25,000kg), the finite element model of vehicle has been built.

The characteristics can decided it can be used in complicated shapes of parts manufacturing which are difficult to achieve by traditional mechanical machining, or high cost, etc.
Electroforming is a simple process and is advantageous for micro machining because the workpiece material is accreted at atomic size and there are no heat affected zones, cutting force and tool wear.
Electroforming products mainly emphasize the functional properties (high hardness, great tensile strength and other mechanical properties).
Micro mechanical manufacturing LIGA technology was first developed by Ehrfeld W et al in 1986.
(1) Low electrodeposition rate In the process of electroforming, due to concentration polarization, low cathode working current density and many other factors, the electrodeposition rate is still lower than other processing methods

The use of S/N ratio factor response chart can identify important control factors having more significant effect on S/N ratio, while the use of quality characteristics factor response chart can find out important control factors having more significant effect on quality characteristics.
In the level settings of experimental factors, adopted a 5-level design.
Because the total number of experimental control factors of this study is 5, and each factor has 5 level values, so selected L25(56).
Conclusions Injection molding parameter settings will be affected by production costs.

In recent years, the modification of PBS has become a hot spot, for modified PBS can not only maintain good mechanical properties and thermal properties, but also can improve its biocompatibility and biodegradability.
Such as PBS, the mechanism of polyester degradation is complicated, because the biodegradation of polyester is affected by a variety of factors, such as its structure and the external environment.
To examine the changes of P(BS-co-DGS) thermal properties before and after degradation, the thermal decomposition temperatures of copolyesters were measured by TGA (shown in Table 2).
