It has small form factor, lighter body, the same as the unmanned aircraft capable of carrying a certain electronic equipment, with autonomous navigation flight skills.
We can make use of the knowledge of the mechanical structure to put forward the following general rules: First, the structure and properties of the material should be adapted so that the internal force distributes; Second, in many of the mechanical structure, there is a vertical load in the axial direction of the rod; Third, the role of structure is to make load distribute and load transfer to the structure at the base, so that the load transfer path is shorter, more economical material. 2.2 Select the frame material The material of the frame and shaft is carbon fiber because choosing the material is based on the frame chassis design criteria and requirements.
Carbon fiber is a new material that has excellent mechanical properties, and its specific gravity is lower than that of steel 1/4.
The material is a carbon fiber sheet and its properties are as follows: Elastic modulus E= 2.3e11 Pa, Poisson’s ratio μ= 0.22 Establish simplified and rational model and then export it into ANSYS software ProE.

The main effect factors were indicated as: plate thickness, heat input, weld speed, edge preparation and material properties.
Fig.5 Tensile fatigue test process 2 Instron, Coronation Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3SY, UK 3 Nippon Kogaku KK Fig.6 showed a simplification of 2D model: Fig.6 Geometry of distortion FE model The material’s properties were divided into two parts: FZ properties and PM properties.
These are strongly affected by the definition of material properties, mesh density and boundary condition.

Engineering properties of Mengzi expansive soil Mengzi Town is located at latitude 23°20′, longitude 103°23′, with height 1309 meters.
The physical and mechanical indices of Mengzi expansive soil are listed in Table 1.
Comparing to expansive soil in other areas, Mengzi expansive soil has some bad engineering properties, such as higher moisture content, higher void ratio, lower density, higher plasticity and stronger shrinkage.
Also the water content which affects expansion deformation is more sensitive than the dry density.
The first three factors are the intrinsic factors of water immersion expansion deformation.

Introduction Characteristics of flexural motion of a bar depend on the mechanical properties such as density, stiffness and damping factor of the substrate material.
Once any one of these properties is modified, the wave characteristics of the motion will change.
In this case, the bar resembles the cantilever assembly with non-uniform mechanical properties due to heating.
Initially the substrate material is assumed to be at a reference temperature, To, therefore, the initial condition becomes: 0 at t TT o = = The thermal properties of the bar material used are given as: 53 W/m.K for thermal conductivity and 520 J/kg.k for specific heat.
The structural material properties are given as: 7880 kg/m3 for density, 0.015 for damping coefficient and 1.5 × 10-5 1/K for thermal expansion coefficient.

However, the main drawbacks of PMMA are its poor mechanical properties.
Latif et al. reported that modifying PMMA with natural rubber (NR) was improved mechanical property but the blend film was not homogenous due to phase separation observations [12] Study on modified PMMA with NR has been done by other researchers and founded that PMMA –grafted-NR could improved the mechanical properties problems [13-15]. 30% poly (methyl methacrylate)-grafted NR (MG30) provides a good criterion to act as a polymer host by having of oxygen atom that possesses a lone pair electron, have a low glass transition temperature (Tg) of -62°C, soft elastomer characterization at room temperature and good elasticity [16].
This modification is expected to reduce the aging effect with the reduction of C=C without affected the polar functional group in MG30 structure.
The –C=O band at 1729 cm-1 of MG30 is not affected by the epoxidation reaction.
This is possibly due to the effect of kinetic energy between ion affected from the increasing temperature i.e. energy that is required for migration of ions has been reduced with the aid of kinetic energy.

Organic compounds at high temperature heat treatment will be carbonized, and the presence of free carbon will seriously affect the dielectric properties.of radome/antenna window.
The inflence of treatment process on the mechanical properties and variation of appearance before and after treatment were studied in this paper.
This was one of the important factors that decreaced tensile strength markedly.

It was the purpose of the present study to correlate the anisotropic properties of AA 5005 sheets with their crystallographic texture.
The VPSC model is a very versatile polycrystal approach which accounts for anisotropic properties of both the individual crystals and the aggregate as a whole.
The average Taylor factor can then readily be computed by integration over the Taylor factors of the individual orientations that make up the sheet texture.
Stress/strain curves were then obtained by inputting the resultant Taylor factors in Eq. (2).

Ganesan [7] et al shows that the content of rice husk ash is one of the key factors affecting the performance of concrete, and the compressive strength of cement with 15% rice husk ash is the highest.
From the research of rice husk ash-cement-based materials at home and abroad, it can be seen that rice husk ash can improve the workability, mechanical properties and durability of concrete, but the research on the theoretical model of Cement-RHA blends is not deep enough.

The main process is that: first of all, importing the model which has been established in UG by TracePro, and then delimiting the surface parameters of the poly mask and optical properties of light sources.
The reason for this result is that reducing the effect of mechanical error and spot shape changing to the results, and to make sure the highest economic performance at the same time.
Calculation of the limit angle deviation The space position of light source will bring a direct effect on the spot shape and energy distribution through the analysis of mechanical structure of optical system to the solar simulator.
The analysis results confirmed that the precision of spatial position of light sources is the key factor which affects the spatial position of composite light spot and energy distribution.
Therefore, the machining precision of critical parts should be guaranteed during the design of sun simulator optical mechanical system.
