Proposed the insulation effect on oblique inserting wire in the steel mesh frame sandwich insulation board and provided the basis for engineering design and application. 1 Introduction All Building energy efficiency is the key strategy of sustainable development objectives to alleviate the energy shortage contradiction, to improve the quality of people's living environment, and to reduce environmental pollution.
So oblique inserting wire on heat transfer can not be ignored and need to carry out systematic research, in order to amend them in the design calculations and apply them in engineering.
Applications in engineering, the use of 100 oblique inserting wires per square meter can be. 5.4.3 Based on the above test results, combined with the existing norms on calculation method of the thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient, we recommend when the EPS board or XPS board is insulation sandwich panels, considering the impact of thermal bridges in the surface network and oblique inserting wires (ø3, 100/㎡), the calculated values of thermal conductivity adopt thermal conductivity standard value multiplied by the correction factor of 1.6 that is more reasonable.

In actual engineering operations, it’s impossible to control the slump of each load of concrete; in the meantime, a majority of fluctuating fresh concrete has to be used except for extraordinary deviation from normal slump.
In actual engineering, there are many factors that have an effect on current; in addition to the materials concrete itself is made of, these include different agitating equipment and external power supply.
The slump of concrete coming out of a plant can be approximately predicted by means of online observed value of current feature after even agitation, which provides a test method and relevant theoretical basis for intelligent monitoring of fresh cement concrete quality in actual engineering.

His charge was to "develop programmes in neutron scattering with application in engineering and technology" [12].
He transferred to the Civil Engineering Department in early 1983, became aware of the Harwell group, and teamed up with his brother Prof.
This is notable because the Websters reached out to the engineering community from the beginning, often presenting and publishing in engineering venues.
For many of us, then, it was natural to work with scientists and engineers from other disciplines.
As a result, the field of neutron stress measurement has been a model of interdisciplinary development, bringing together workers from areas such as neutron science, solid state physics, theoretical physics, civil engineering, materials science, and theoretical mechanics.
