Abstract.
SPD processed materials exhibit very high mechanical strength [10-11] which can not be achieved using conventional techniques of materials fabrication and thus are prospective for structural and functional applications.
Materials and Methods The materials used in the present study were 2017 and 43300 aluminium alloys.
The materials in initial state had the form of 20 mm rods.

The value calculated by failure strength fomula and the experimental value were ,contrasted to study the parameters and value of the strength calculating formula,, and drawn the conclusions as follows: The φ18 and φ25 GFRP bars' failure strength is effected by fiber materials, enhance materials itself and interface performance.
But for the size of the proportion, it should be studied further. In addition, other factors cannot be evaluated by a simple test, for example, processes, materials, microstructure and other aspects , and these aspects need further study in future.
GFRP bars' production processes and materials microstructure also need further research.

In this study, SPW is tested for use as a sound-absorbing material by first converting it into composite materials.
These days, the investigation of sound-absorbing materials in the literature has centered on composite materials that are often made from waste products.
Unsaturated polyester resin was used for manufacturing the composite materials.
Materials and Methods Sago pith waste (SPW) used for manufacturing the composite materials in this study was obtained from a nearby sago processing factory in Lhokseumawe, Aceh, Indonesia (Fig.1(a)).

Abstract.
Materials flow analysis of the tooth outline Parts of the formed spline components are shown in Fig.3(a).
Deformation flow seldom occurred on the materials below the root of the tooth.
The materials flow along the side flank of the tooth round the bottom of the tooth angle.
