The mucilage was obtained by boiling in drinking water leaves of white cactus opuntia in weight ratio of 1:1, one part by weight of cactus leaves per one part by weight of water, boiled for 15 minutes, after the mucilage was sneaked and it was used as mixing water to achieve fluidity 100-110%, quantified in the flow table.

My perceptions of the biohydrometallurgical field span four decades and stem from being
a professional microbiologist conducting academic research and research for process development
and applications.
The rock material was irrigated with mine tailings water, containing 10 5 A. ferrooxidans/mL the mine water also served as an inoculum.
The source of these moderate thermophiles was thought to be the mine water used for irrigation.
Some lessons that a professional microbiologist learns from process development for the mining industries are: • The development process requires time -- years to a decade or more can elapse from process inception to process implementation

Part state of simulation equipment can be observed by naked eye(such as component’s surface wear-out), part can be directly known the information from equipment itself ,such as instrument, indicator light, the other big part of it must be got with the tools of professional test.
In one word, No matter naked eyes or professional test tools, these feedback behavior, are the performance of the simulation equipment in some conditions, when the trainees operate simulation equipment or use a tool detection simulation equipment,.
According to these, it can produce a motion evolution image, thus, in the reality simulation, particle system are always used to indicate flame, water-flow, storm ,blizzard, cyclone, fountain and other phenomenon.

On the basis of measuring tetracycline front teeth L, a, b value range (L value 42.33-77.00, a value 0.69-9.60, b value 2.67-31.50) [8] by the Chinese and the selected four group data from the measuring L, a, b values collected from the clinical tetracycline tooth, utilize the professional software to create colorful background, then print out and plastic seal as tetracycline abutment tooth.
All specimens were ultrasonically cleaned in distilled water for 10 minutes and dried to be free of dirt and grease (Kang Jie, Dongguan, ultrasonic equipment company, Ltd).
Rinse with tap water for 30 seconds before place in the ultrasonic vibrator to clean for 10 minutes with ultrasonic.
According to the measured range of the Chinese tetracycline tooth-colored by DanPing Ruan [4], this experiment utilized the professional software to create unified tetracycline abutment tooth background with the provided unified L, a, b values, thus ensured the homogeneity of the experiment.
